I recently took a Maruti baleno car in long drive cars the overall experience was good and everything was hassle free . Highly recommended.
Don’t go for it
I had a bad experience with their service. They missed their deadline for verification, even after many follow-ups. Customer support told me to cancel the booking . When I did, they kept a fee and gave the rest as wallet credit instead of a real refund. Overall, it was very poor service, no one to take responsibility or answer properly.

Toll gates are not free, we have to pay throughout the trip, it depends on individual car owner he had took the subscription of tall gates, if not we have to pay it all. They take car washing fee of 300/- but the car was not washed. They also collect early morning pickup/ delivery fee of 200/-. Also, at the time of total payment, you’ll be shown an extra fee of around 3-5% on total bill which is mentioned as platform payment charges. There is deposit - for some cars, you have to keep RC & Bike, for some laptop with charger, or 10K deposit. It’s not 0 deposit for all, again it’s owner of the car who decides there. These are the hidden fees which we aren’t aware. But other than that, everything is smooth !

They scammed me for 3.5k. They took initial fees of 3.5k for 2 days car and didn’t placed the order. After asking for refund they blocked me and not giving refund amount. Its a total professional scam. Do not book from here.

I am someone who always drove fully loaded cars with all bells and whistles, but this one, they have all base range cars and the worst part is you don’t have USB port to even charge or use Apple car play. I can connect via Bluetooth though. You can’t adjust the driver seat, pretty much everything basic. Apart from that their service, responsiveness, follow up is great. Overall it was ok, but I will not take their cars again.

They asked me to pay first then verify and keep on rejecting all the verifications which ended up in booking cancellatiom with no refund and worst customer support who will never lift your call once you complete payment as they know very planned way of scamming Never use this if you value your money , I have screenshots of them scamming me with fake refund amount after cancellation they say no refund

Worst service
They only seem to care about taking bookings and collecting money. Once they have your payment, you’re on your own. I had to pay twice for the same service and still received no proper customer support. When I contacted Long Drive, they told me to speak to the car owner. When I contacted the car owner, they said Long Drive was responsible. Everyone keeps passing the responsibility to someone else, while the customer is left to suffer. Extremely disappointing service and accountability.

One of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had.
One of the worst car rental apps I have ever used. The car provided was completely different from the images shown in the app and was already damaged inside. There is no proper communication from the support team, but they are quick to demand extra charges when the car is returned. It feels like the main focus is collecting additional money rather than providing good service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Long Drive Cars to anyone.

Worst Experience
Surprised to see such a good feedback from others. Unfortunately i had worst experience. I booked a 5 seater on 3rd May. App made me to complete the whole booking amount. I paid and received car details and pickup location. While driving on bike (was asked to submit my bike in exchange for car) to pick up the car i received a call from Long Drive cars executive that car booking has been cancelled because car met with minor accident. Then I requested for refund. But executive gave another option and car is available 12 km away from my place. Due to my urgency i paid extra around 700 in the app (because the new car is costly ). And I was asked to contact owner directly … i call 20 times to the owner and i was already on the way to the place. Car owner never answered and in the hot summer afternoon i am on bike half way through and no one answers … funny thing Long Drive Cars Executives/Customer service went for lunch at 1:00 pm so customer service number did not answer. I waited for 20 minutes in the heat and came back home and booked Savaari for my travel. At 4 pm i got call from customer service and enquired why i did not pick the car. I explained everything and asked for refund…One if the customer service executive promised me that they will wave off the paid amount when i book a new self drive car … so on July 13th i reached them to process me a 7 seater car … but inspite of multiple calls and follow ups i am not getting responses from them. So I understood they just don’t want to refund my money in any way. Only place for me is to go to consumer forum. It’s not about money but it’s about how they treat customer.

Good experience. I suggest them to improve the procedures and ease the process of registration while taking out or handing over the car. They may also work on giving token numbers as it will reduce wait time significantly. I also thank staff their for being kind and cooperative.
Bad service
The booked car was not available, and after several delays they arranged an alternative vehicle, but were still unable to deliver it. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication. The relationship manager kept me waiting for nearly three hours before finally informing me that no car was available and that I would have to pick one up from the branch myself. Throughout the process, I had to make 20–30 calls just to get updates, seek a resolution, and request a refund. The team was highly unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed little regard for customer time or convenience. This has been one of the most disappointing and poorly managed services I have ever used.

They are giving us out dated cars and they won’t provide the documents properly they don’t have the right paperwork and all cars are having poor service and lights and wipers wonk work for night and rain Better choose alternative k am very regular use of this and i am thinking to stop using this worst Long Drive Cars
