I have booked a flight ticket and also they charged me for cancellation and refund the booking. I couldn’t able to travel the date and I have informed this portal customer care. Now they are saying lot of condition on the cancellation. Still I’m waiting for a favorable response. Unfortunately there is no hope. Please think twice before your booking.

Cheapest fare all time
Bad Service and App experience
I did hotel booking for the first time but received failure booking mail immediately after money deduction and it’s over a month now and there is no sign of refund. Also there is no booking history available of it. Luckily I had mail to prove my booking but still received no help on my refund. When I asked about why there is no booking history and about the refund status, they ignored the history part and told me to reach out to card company using which I made booking. And when I asked for sharing transaction ID, they stopped responding. Worst and Pathetic experience with Akbar Travels App/site and customer service. If there would be 0 star facility I would have given 0.

High fee charges on credit card payments
First shows you less fare than making booking sudden fare jumps to high and making payments 36 Aed charges for credit card payments. It’s shouldn’t be charged. If you charge these types of charges than we should use airline websites directly.

Worst experience during my dubai Holiday through Akbar Travels
Thanks for all the mess and stress you have given me during and before the trip. You had completely ruined my first international trip with my wife. Pathetic pathetic experience. Would never ever recommend anyone for Akbar Travels. Just a suggestion, sometimes be human and think that people go for vacations and take packages so as to have stress free travel and enjoy. Not to get more stress from people like you. No internal cordination, no systematic planning, zero customer service, not at all on commitments is what i saw. Thanks for all the stress you gave me and for ruining probably my only visit of dubai in lifetime.

Refund not received yet from Akbar Travels. It has already been 3 weeks, even though the airline has processed the refund. There is still no update or payment from the agent side. Very disappointing experience with the delay and lack of response. Requesting immediate action on this matter.

For booking Akabr travels is fine we will get good service but once it cancelled we will never get a refund and a no customer service …. I called them many times staff was so poor in communication mailed about the issue no response once we call the staff for assistance they will say will give you other number call there if we call number is not valid after that no response still its been one month no response regarding my refund …. I got a very poor experience
Good App for ticketing and Akbar travel is best
This App is good for air ticket booking, and Akbar travel is best online portal for ticket booking as good features to show lowest flight and more options but I face only one problem on this app we can select correct data we have to select after one day date for example if we want to travel on 10 so we have to touch 11 then it will show 10 selected. Kindly solve this technical issue remaining alla are best.
