⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with this eZhire Car Rental app. The interface is easy to navigate, prices are clear, and booking took only a few minutes. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely use it again.🙌🏽
Paid for collection. No one showed up, then got charged extra amount for bo reason.
Absolutely pathetic Service. I paid collection charges specially so someone can come at my home and pick up the car on time. I told the time in advance when to pick up the car.”, no one showed up and to top it off it they charged me extra for the delay. I shouldn’t have to pay for the service that they didn’t deliver. Save yourself some headache. Company but please avoid EZhire

Wrong models
The car is clean, the rental is easy, but the models advertised were completely wrong and i ended up paying extra for nothing. Which they showed actual pictures of the car including what car ur actually getting

Very Bad experience
I have booked a car just for one day for a medical emergency. I paid the delivery as well as the collection fee at the time of booking. This was immediately deducted from my account. I already mentioned the collection time and location while i was booking. They didn’t come for collection on time and immediately after 5 minutes an amount is automatically deducted from my account. When I asked the customer service representative he was saying that this is system generated and cannot be returned. If they are using this kind of excuses to get the money from us, I never recommend any one. Udrive is little more convenient than this. Please don’t use this service.

Charges without using
Once you enter card details they will hold for 90 days, and I tried to cancel then they have mailed me after 2months that I have to pay another 96 for reason that is not specified, I have complaint in consumer rights

Bad customer service
Adcb had issues a few weeks ago and the way these guys work is not right fell like I speak to nce person they are nice but then their collection team come off hostile , atm im jsut using this as my car engine blew however if I hadn’t rented from them 3 months ago I would have stuck with another company or jsut sued a taxi - not once helped me with any concern jsut deduct money every time they want and say absolute nothing about it nor give a reason to why even if it’s 2 months later form the last rental

The service is really good and is the need of the hour. Some improvements in the system are needed such a quick status update on app as long as the user is done using the service so that he/she can book again without any delay and some improvements in the UI/UX.

Misleading information about fairs for exceeded km
Managers from WhatsApp will give you one fair while actually will charge 1.5x at the end , so be careful while exceeding mileage

I would say they pretty good and their rental prices are cheaper than the market. But the car arrive late, the returning wasn’t smooth for me as a traveler so I had to pay extra. Any how be careful, lucky for me my registered payment card has no money, as I keep receiving messages everyday from my bank by them trying to withdraw money from it (stealing maybe) for no clear reason!!

We booked the vehicle yesterday & was asked to come by 9 at Deira location Once we come, we were told that due to weekend cars are not available.and we should wait for 3hrs. They told they already informed us through email, the pick up was at 9, and you guys send the info to us at 9:20. Ridiculous.. if no vehicles are available then you guys shouldn’t have confirmed our booking. zero star

Two stars given for the price and the car (when it arrived) Unfortunately I waited over an hour for both delivery and collection of the car. The in-app chat was quick to respond but not able to help other than with vague promises of ‘the driver will call you soon’. An effective aggregator / middleman service for a good price which unfortunately in this instance was let down by the third party company in this instance - needs to be better communication or carefully select the companies you are willing to work with.

I booked a car and received the confirmation email along with the invoice, but the car was never delivered on time. When I called customer service, they asked me to wait for half an hour while they “rectified the issue.” I ended up waiting for more than two hours. Finally, they called back and said, “Sir, your location is too far, so we are going to cancel.” This was extremely disappointing. If they had informed me even an hour earlier, I could have arranged another vehicle.

This is one of the smooth and easy app for cheating becoz once you save your card details after the trip finished also they will charge unwanted charges abd especially for tourist be carefull even there customer support is not good they just talk very rude if we request for call back they dont have call back option plz try for local vendors make direct deals not recommended for online apps
Bad service
I took for 2 days rental. When i receive the car the fuel level is at the end after few km driven it starts blink the warning indication. So they cause me fuel expense extra. Ok. When i handed over the car at the airport fuel level is in the last bar but it can be considered I kept the fuel level more than when i received the car. But the staff ask me more 2 BD and saying fuel level is low. I try to explain him but he never accepted. So i gave 2 BD extra for which he didn’t give me a receipt. So dear friends i am advice you when you take the car kindly check the petrol level and take the photo.

I have been using their service in many occasions. They steal our credit card info and keep charging it saying that fuel charges or some other thing. Worst customer service agent and they are so rude when you ask them for why they over charge. I deeply regret signing up for this. Never doing this mistake again. They never let you delete you credit cards details from their website. It’s a trap. Professional scammer.!
Improved service
I first used EZ over a year ago and it was awful. I’m pleased to say it has improved hugely. This time the car arrived promptly and was in excellent condition. Good value. Collected on time as well. Good service.
