Worst app and website, only direct visit can book the car, lot of glitches in apps and website, iPhone app not working. Pls improve your online system. Really its very worst.

I rented two times from them she they’re very responsive and helpful. The state of the cars are not bad at all. and they usually have promotions too.

Rented cars from the reem island branch 4 times in the last year. No issue with return or pick up. Very simple process

Even if you book the representative at the branch will say sorryy sirrr we don’t have car please come tomorrow and even if you check with customer support they know nothing about the operation a complete waste n mess

They are pretty reasonable and very convenient. I use them whenever I want a car. Wahid Ullah and Omar Ali are easy to talk with and understands what I want. I am their regular customer as well. Their staff at Sahara Center is really friendly
Map issue
Drop off map is not working. I have been trying the app for several times still the map always shows “we don’t operate at your location” even if I select their showroom location🤣🤣🤣🤣

App doesn’t respect GDPR laws and abuses client data as they take passports, Emirates ID , phone email all information even UAE visa . This app should be reviewed by EU laws and privacy laws

Bad service. Booked car not available. They deduct money from deposit citing deposit processing fee. Do not refund deposit in one month and one needs to keep following up. Bad customer service.

Indigo is providing excellent services, Cars are neat%clean and perfect engines conditions, staff is so cooperative, specially at Buisness bay branch .
Liars, Lazy & no customer service.
They will give you different car which they don’t show while booking the car. No proper follow up and you have to call them to follow up for your Cash deposit . They never receive call on first instance.
