Glitch/bug
This app have some kind of bug or glitch. Its always fail on verification. Like it asked me to fill my DOB. But it wont take me to the location where i need to fill my dob. And also there is no reply on email from support. Since few months.
Good but expensive
Good support Nice that salik is covered, but it's still expensive. Almost, if not as expensive as a cab ride. Nice app and good cars + a convenient solution for my driving in the UAE

Very Poor Experience
Yaldi refused to refund my money to the original payment method and tried to force me to use their service instead. Customer service is extremely poor and lacks basic knowledge of policies and procedures. A case has already been opened with Consumer Protection. Proceed with caution.

I loved to use their service. Every time i called the customer service support they helped me with no hesitation. The car conditions were excellent. I recommend it 100%
Application not working
Not able to open the app, everytime it’s showing error and automatically closes by itself 👎🏽

Cars are new and nice looking. Price is also very good. A lot of minute billing cars but very less weekly rental cars especially in southern areas of dubai. Other than that, everything else is great so far.
Customer support is not good
The customer support is not professional and every agent has a different point of view of applying discounts for their customers.

Very bad Customer service
I have been trying to contact customer service for the last two days, but no one answers my calls and I have not received any reply to my emails. If I face any problem after renting the car, I am worried that they may not respond then either. Very poor customer service. Not recommended.
Need more long term cars
Loved your car rides! completed 4 rides this week. Very affordable pricing plus 200km per ride is great. You guys need to add more long term cars in future, all I found was just 3 and the rest are minute rental cars.

I got annoyed by the daily promotional notification spam so deleting the app.

app is very difficult to navigate and proceed with booking
Nothing works now on this app, everything got complicated to navigate, maps to the car doesn't work anymore, the payment card got chaged 1,5 twice and didn't work

Yaldi Needs Photo Copy of The Physical Driving License
I am not using the physical driving license for a long time, never faced any issues anywhere else but Yaldi says I need to take a photo of the physical driving license only to verify myself on their platform, digital copy is not allowed. I guess I can't use Yaldi! Sad.

Scam I booked for 2 hours 79 AED and I have ended up paying 155AED so poor customer service and am really disappointed as they scam ppls and tourists limited Kilo meters and drives what’s the point of using and driving myself as I can use taxi suggest Udrive or Ekar more

Expensive & madr the app worse
Been a loyal customer for 2 years, they reduced range from 200 KMs to 150 for the same package. Removed Free Salik option too. It was such a nice UI before, but now it looks ugly and laggy. Time to say goodbye, I have no choice than moving to UDrive. Thank you.

Customwr Service & operations
Untruthful minor accident happen already in their packing position before next client ride the car & they want to charges me (that client innocent person) who doesn't do the real accident. Got a worst experinnces with this Car rental company and so many things.
