App crash
When am opening the journey the app was crashing countinsely
Parking Payment Option- long term
The app is well designed and helpful however, I would recommend to study RTA Dubai app. Dubai app is very well developed and helpful when it comes to parking. Easier to navigate- more clear. I would suggest to give people help by putting the option to buy on the app purchasing 1/3/6/12 month parking paying option. Thank you for considering!
RTA buses
This app is not showing correct time of the buses.
Excellent & quick service !!!
I was quite impressed by how quick the driver responded and showed up to my location at 4 am !!!

It is always crashing for intercity navigation by bus Journey planner>intercity > almamsha to Qusais Sonapore bus station > confirm trip Then suddenly crash every time
Journey Planner
Dear Team, Appreciate your efforts in making life easy for commuters. Request back end team to modify journey planner location search with “contains” option rather than begins with text, this small change will help us to search much faster. Best Wishes !

Would not book taxi
Terrible app. It would not book a taxi after multiple attempts.
Ride Issue – Driver Marked as Arrived Before Reaching Location
We had a disappointing experience with our recent taxi ride. The driver was unfamiliar with the location and appeared to have no clear directions. Worse, the app showed that the driver had “arrived” even before they actually reached the pickup spot, which made it hard to coordinate and caused unnecessary confusion. This affected our overall experience and made the ride far less convenient than expected. Please look into this issue and consider reviewing how arrival times and GPS tracking are handled, as well as ensuring drivers are properly briefed on navigation tools.
Need improvement
Compared to other applications, this app feels very basic and poorly optimized. For example, when I type a name or search for a location, it doesn’t pop up or autocomplete, making it very difficult and time‑consuming to find the pick‑up or drop‑off point. Improving the search and suggestion feature would greatly enhance the user experience.
Doesn’t work
The landing page will load but then the app quits working.
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing and it takes time for the driver to call and why isn’t there an option for calling the driver? No number is available and we must wait for the driver’s mercy. 🤨
App landing page issue
Page is stuck and can’t access the app. It keeps processing.
Crashing
After booking it crashes now, please fix asap
