Worst Custmer support
Payment by using gift card and credit card together many times the booking was canceled and nothing showing on email. Seems like that this book was never happened, but the money was deducted from gift card and credit card four times. it makes me stuck and feeling helpless during my travel when I call to customer care after 15 minutes of. Of call only once they answer and which was not also appropriate, they said we will refund you but still in last 48 hours there is no confirmation email for refund from cleartrip.

Birthdays showing wrongly
Theres been an issue with passenger birthdays reflecting wrongly. After entering correct birthdays, it will show 1 day short of the selected date. This is annoying and had happened to me 5 of 5 times. You have to be submit personal documents, which otherwise should not be needed.
Thank you
