Don’t bother
It’s pretty useless. Still haven’t found a lounge in Europe or Asia that I can use.

Create account issue
I put my all mastercard information for create account but at the end app said the bank isn’t giving you access but when i call to my bank they said we give all access to you and said your app isn’t working that why you not accessing your app or mastercard
Account
Just now download the app when trying to create account asking complete information regarding my CC with CVC No why should I provide you all this information
Reception Staff
I wish they could be more welcoming the visitors, instead of like having visitors unwelcoming.
Pointless, ineffective, disappointep
Sadly, not accepted even when you click to get the voucher and redeem it. At “Ya Esta” at Bogota Airport there is a poster that looks exactly the same as the app. The cashier insisted that it was not accepted. I politely asked him to use the voucher, we clicked to redeem it, and he scanned it and it didn’t work. He told me to use a visa pass instead. This was baffling because the icon of this Mastercard app is the exact picture of the displayed poster. Save 15.5%, didn’t happen!

App
Fantastic work best for lounge access
Why can't I use the app to scan my pass if there's a new version available?
I am roaming on limited data and cannot use it to update the app. Let me use it without updating, this is so trash.

Less lounges every year
My last 2 airport visits at Riyadh airport is very disappointing, I used to go to the same lounge few months ago and nothing was changed between my issuing bank rate or anything, just suddenly they decided to remove some lounges which was really embarrassing with my guests, although the lounge told me my World Elite card is acceptable but it’s between your bank and Mastercard, tried to contact my bank and says its from Mastercard, tried to contact Mastercard and says its from your bank, and nothing was solved at all, which is making me thinking to cancel my Mastercard and get VISA for this matter after being 7 years loyal with Mastercard and brought my family to use it.

Tôi đã cố gắng tải trên wifi và 5G đều không được. Vui lòng hỗ trợ
Wonderful
Awesome app for airports
Useless app
The poor quality of the app and difficulty in navigating it makes it not even worth pursuing lounge access or other perks as it’s such a waste of time.

Doesn’t work in the US
Honestly this is so weird to me that a largely us based service does not work with US based residents. It’s so weird that an Iraqi has access to this but not a US citizen.
