Fantastic
Unstable App
Upon creating an account the app sent an email to activate. Click to activate required to set a password and security questions. Upon completing all these and when clicked to submit, there isn’t any response from the servers and I am shown “Chat with Saqer!” when clicked on it, no response and returns null.
Trying To Book
I had some issues with trying to book my flight but thankfully, The staff happened to help me with that

App crashes
The app seems crashed, i cant log in to my account via app , says successfully logged in but no changes. Also payments get failed after otp entering ( fail to process, bank says no attempt of transaction). Dont know the problem, wish to get the issue fixed as soon as possible, i love the airline and a silver member , dont want to book another airline company because of these issues. Earlier it was very comfortable to book via app at any time as similar to other airline app. Hope soon it will be fixed

Doesn’t Add points
Not impressed. Opened app account to collect points which wasn’t able add. It appears if you enter your full name as in passport it doesn’t recognise ticket name. Customer service have not corrected the issue. I want to use points for extra baggage. Booking a ticket online was a nightmare. Had to do it over the phone in the end.

Using the app with an iPhone12 iOS v16.6. Unfortunately the app keeps crashing making it imposible to use. Several attempts made but unfortunately didn’t work. I had to use the web page to be able to check in for my flight. Quite friendly app but apparently is conflicting with latest iOS update. Regards
It’s good but not great
Every time i check my booking reference and click on the calendar the app redirects me to home and lets me put my reference again and also it’s not supported by the wallet app (iOS)

Good app. Works as any airline app. But one thing is annoying the GO BACK tab is in the way of any details that might be under it like fare rules etc. And these are important. Is there no dismiss for the GO BACK tab???

The first airline in the region got their mobile App released at last. Very useful app, except the go back button is annoying and some overlapping of passport number field over save button while editing passport information.

Down Downlond!!
Don’t bother wasting your time downloading this app it’s completely useless. Can find my booking is all but can’t mange my booking or even log into my falconflyer account. It just doesn’t work at all. Save your time and don’t bother.

Worst experience using this app. Cannot retrieve my booking even though all the details are correct and can retrieve all information when checked on website. Gulf air needs to spend some money and time to update and fix their app otherwise people won’t use them in future.
