App and service
Bad app and bad customer service
Much better version
This app is much better than the previous, although it’s still little bit slow with loading info. Also adding personal card to Apple wallet doesn’t work
Apple Wallet card not showing Oneworld status
The membership card in Apple Wallet does not show the member’s Oneworld status (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald), which can cause issues at the airport for some members.
Not stable
The app looked better in the latest updates. But crash is very common unfortunately
Relay Jordanian is the best
The best airline I ever bin in
Bad service
Very bad customer support, application accepted youth without any restrictions with a really unsupportive service
Muneer
Good but needs to allow booking for multiple cities/ destinations
Bug for Royal club login
Please fix the Royal club tab - can’t use after login
Login Issue
Login is not working
Good app
Good app
I wonder who’s behind this app
The app isn’t functioning at all, it only interacts with national anthem and national occasion, but it’s not functioning as a travel booking app, it’s nice to be involved with national occasions… we all are as Jordanians … but come on at least have the core functionality of app working… that’s what it was built for in the first place!!
Funktioniert nicht soo gut
Hinzufügen zu Apple Wallet funktioniert nicht, sonst auch ziemlich buggy die App leider
Login is not working
Login using my royal club is not working
Great Airline
Respectful staff and clean airport and good price.
Terrible
If there was a way to give no stars, this app would be deserving. You can’t even get past the departure/return dates because whatever date you select for either it defaults the other. Seriously?!
Adding Card to Apple Wallet Error
Cannot add one world card to apple wallet, times out and doesn’t connect properly. Please fix
Notification
Since I installed the app I keep having a notification that I can’t get rid off. I tried everything including reinstall but I still have the app showing one notification
RJA has been the best in the world ❤️
Not good App
What a stupid app that never go through very slow keeps giving errors and ask for a lot of info for nothing? Boring and not helpful … just rating the app not the airlines which great thanks
Useless but improving
Great latest update, it finally looks fresh. 1. Booking UI is not easy and not super responsive 2. App crashes (using iPhone 15 pro max) 3. Online concierge always replies with OH NO! and never solves an issue and doesn’t transfer you to a real human 4. Why on earth can’t we add our frequent flyer number to our tickets when we do online check in? 5. App crashes when trying to check in online from Egypt!
Working but…
The new update for the RJ app. Is okay but when your flight is open for check in alert doesn’t work and unable to send you notification ?!!!? You have to login to the app to do checkin Please fix Thanks
Good application
Easy to use , just to add some other functions that you will have full access to. Like : buying miles , vouchers ,… all that repeated to frequent flyers
Another terrible RJ e-commerce method
I’ve been flying RJ since the 1990s years they never done anything about their e-commerce and website. It’s always had technical issues and that explains why their business is a terrible model for a modern airline you still have to really use travel agents to fly with them due to their technical issues with their website and mobile application now.
Payment Method
I recommend adding Apple Pay as one of listed payments Thank you
Feedback for developer and CX
Really like the new UI the app has introduced, although some feature either do not work or got deactivated. I am not able to get my apple wallet boardings anymore for some reason. As well as I cannot add my Royal Club card to apple wallet, I see the icon, press on it, but no action is taken by the app. Would appreciate a fix. Also, when looking on my bookings I would really find amazing retrieve all my books as per my frequent flyer number.
Everything was GREAT
The food was fantastic and everything was going great. There should be more than five stars to be honest
Frustrating
I can’t believe that you actually can do nothing on the app. Nothing works fine and if it did it is by coincidence and after million times of trials. Seat selection not working Check in not working Modify anything for you flight not working Identifying you flight not working Not why RJ developed or has a mobile app! The worst ever
Plz fix the slowly app
Good job guys , but I’ve some problems to check trips , it takes too much time to check Before the update ; the app was better Hope to fix this Thnx a lot
I highly recommend
Thank you for everything. Nice and relaxing trip, greateful crew and great service. They really deserve five stars, I having flown with Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines. Note that all my flights are overseas
Can't log in in my account home screen
Still can't log in to my account in the home screen but in the royal club, I can log in without any problem, but all benefits from the login like past trips or my searches will not be shown.
Wonderful
I liked it.
App does not work
Don’t waste your time
Limited app
The app makes it difficult to personalize the experience, needs the user to always repeat entering initial data and resets whenever a session expires and halfway through a booking or checkin process. Too many clicks to arrive to obviously related requests such as the ridiculous “additional services” button for selecting a seat or other very relevant aspects that can be on a long page of repeated info and compliance messages. I only use it because there is no other way as calling them or going to the website has its problems too. Please think of your customers RJ.
Frequent flyer
Can we add the frequent flyer number to the reservations in next update
Great application
Finally I can do checkin and my boarding pass is in my iPhone wallet. Thank you RJ you made my life easy!
Exploitation and robbery
This airline exploits and robs customers by making carry-on baggage allowance smaller than standard and then charging £160 for an additional checked bag. Absolutely ridiculous and will never fly with them again
