Quick and convenient booking with Apple Pay
Just booked two one way tickets just in case. The whole reservation process was surprisingly smooth. Ticket issued instantly upon payment, with the option to open in PDF and add to (iOS) Wallet.
Slow and Frustrating to Use
Very slow and does not work most of the time. The app is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate. It often freezes or fails to load properly, making it frustrating to use. Needs significant improvements to performance and usability.
Password reset not working
I requested to be sent an email from the app to reset my password and the email was never sent - it is not in junk or inbox & i only get asked for my email. I made the same request from the computer browser, i get asked for my email and my passport #, and a captcha box. The email also never came.
Excellent app
It is very friendly and easy to use, I hope that you add an important feature to be able to modify the trip time, otherwise it is very easy to use the app
Juice
They make you pay for extra luggage for nothing and you see other people bringing at least three luggage per person. You won’t see a difference between them and Jews when it comes to money.
This app won’t work
Don’t waste your time here
.
Very bad. Can’t login after many many times. They asked too many information i.e. passport, date of birth, phone, …., yet can’t login or delete the account
Errors 50% of time. (HaramainData.ErrorResponse error O.)
Error in ApplePay (it worked previously). then error in Registration. Picked Credit card still another error. (HaramainData.ErrorResponse error O.) Please fix this app once and for all.
No modifications
Really disappointed I was expecting a great service specially on the app as it’s a new service it should the perfect really bad service on the app and even do not try to speak with agent they will not give you any information or help The call centre are the worsted
Doesn’t work
This is the worst app I have ever encountered. Tried booking tickets for days. It takes you through the extensive data entry process but wouldn’t go to payment.
Worst app all I can say
Worst
Good start but a lot of bugs
After getting your ticket as a guest you can not make an account using your information! Add pass to wallet dose not work in all cases. But the application has a lot very appealing and professional experience.
Buggy app
Can’t add boarding pass to apple wallet. Says “error getting passbook ticket”
