Need clear offers
Offers for frequent travelers should be improvised.
Extra charge

Excellent
Excellent
Bad experience
Too much cigarettes smell, make sure all accident marks recorded in delivery sheets in including down side of the car. I paid money for the scratches down sides of the car which we normally don’t check when we receive the vehicle. They are cheaters, be careful when you receive the car, they will charge you for unnecessary things.
Easy and friendly app
Easy app and friendly staff also they are very professional They provide new and clean cars Appreciate it

Rental
I have rented with Lumi multiple times Jeddah location at king Abdul aziz airport .they are very helpful and work with you with any issues they are very honest about everything. They have English speakers mostly if you don’t speak Arabic.
Credit
They have you give them a credit card (no, not a bank card that has Visa or Mastercard) to place a HOLD of 50% deposit… despite paying SAR1000 already I was very excited to try them but they completely ruined my experience with this dumb policy.
