Very bad
I received the car with an existing issue, and it was supposed to be repaired. However, after only 10 days, the car developed even more problems and the condition got worse.
Easy hassle free car swaps
Car swap was so easy. Best part was it was two different vendors and both arrived at the same time and was completed in 10-15min. Keep up the good work Invygo team. Hope you guys keep raising your bar.
Great app poor service
Look the app is great. Choices are good and massive bonus for dropping the car off and taking it from you at the front door. However very unfortunately, and I’m only talking about KSA, this app is just a shiny front for local dealers in the area that provide a really poor service when you physically get the car. They always get the car wrong, end up giving you the wrong colour or the same model but with crazy mileage. When you complain they always narrow you do email them and nothing happens. Very poor updates and have to chase invygo. Whenever there’s an issue invygo blame the dealership and the dealership blames invygo. Please in the future sort this out. It’s just about serviceable however if you can find a better rental company please take that, you’ll save yourself from the headache.
Customer service
The prices of the car are reasonable, but the customer service is horrible. The customer service feels like they’re so blunt and unmotivated to go and book with them. I have been booking with Udrive and thought of switching but the customer service just ruined the whole thing

Insane Storage Usage
The Invygo App and platform itself is quite intuitive and nice to use, if not a little buggy (the App will crash occasionally). However, I noticed the App was using OVER 20 GIGABYTES of storage on my device. This is an unacceptably large use of storage, and a massively bloated app, for what is essentially a simple car rental platform. Please fix whatever is causing this obscene storage size!
No OAtp
For the past few days Ive been trying to sign up and I can’t get the OTP. It never arrives I tried with two different phone numbers and didn’t work. Can you fix it please
Easy peasy
This company/app makes the rental process very easy. The online chat is very responsive and the app always has the latest cars with great deals.

Excellent app but please fix this issue
All works very well, but I have one request please, stop doing forced updates! This is highly irritating, literally every time I want to use the app I am unable to do so. Despite everything else being really good, this alone could lead me to another competitor.
App not practical
Same button for login/new account, so when details are entered, if you already have an account, you just get a message stating your email is already registered, and no access. Also, why does the KSA link default to Arabic, with no option to view in English. A bit useless.
Customer Services
The app is normal, however the customer services, call Center , email & chats are the worse part of this invygo. It required a huge upgrade to the app and what mentioned above. Even the response with call center takes you around the circle. If you want to succeed successfully you need to improve that. Also the agents car rental you are associated with needs to be more professional.

I have used this app for 3 years it was good experience and now I have 2 problems with them. 1st one is when you rent yearly you will pay fees 2000+ not including the monthly payment ( drive first pay in the end of the month ) and when you want to return the car you have to pay also your full rental. 2nd I booked other car and after I got it I didn’t like this model and it’s has some problems I asked for upgrade to pay more money and change the car they said I can’t change it before one month used (the car it’s very light and if you going from abou dhabi to Dubai you can’t drive more than 120 km ) it’s will fall. Coustmer service can’t fix any problem and always speaking in way {we can’t do anything do you need help with something else?}. Sorry to say that but this is the lost month I will use this app…
App crashes 5 times per use
Minus the terrible customer service, the app literally crashes 5 times in 3 minutes even while just browsing the options or clicking back. This is regular even if updated.

تخيل تاخذ يارس تمليك ع 3 سنوات ويطلع اجماليها 120 الف في عند البنوك عروض احسن منهم وغير هذا مايوضحون السعر كامل في العرض يعني يقولك عرض ب 1800 واذا حطيت متابعه 🤣🤣 جاتك ضريبه ورسوم التطبيق ورسوم مدري مين وتامين ووصلوه لك قريب 2900 وش ذا الاسلوب تضحكون ع عقول الناس كننا عايشين في كوكب ثاني ومانعرف الاسعار 🙃🙃

Poor car delivery service
Invigo app is very good however I am highly disappointed with the Invigo team in handling my case. They are very prompt in charging the client however my experience with car delivery is worst. I am still awaiting an update or response from their Dealer who is supposed to deliver the selected car for which I already paid. There backend team does not even bother to reply or contact the customer and provide update on the delivery status. My car delivery was supposed to be done on 3rd January and today is 6th January without any update. This is so unprofessional behavior from Invigo.

Far from Good
Terrible experience with invygo and their disappointing customer service. You’re better off dealing with the big car rental companies direct, or go with their competitors. Edit: my mistake. Carasti is the better one.

UX needs some improvement
I expected to browse the cars available to rent before I’m asked to login or sign up. There should be a skip option to by pass first screen. Once I’m interested in a vehicle, I expect to login or sign up. As a first time user anyway. This was a blocker for me. When also the sign up screen feels like a long process and a web view (as oppose to a native app). I would either break up the information required or fit all info required into cells that don’t require me to scroll. Keyboard hides form fields too.
