Fraud never book
I just book a car from Alhuff to Riyadh. After making the poking, I tried to access it before four hours of booking to check the location. I figured out that I need to execute the booking. After pressing one execute, the car was not ready, and I couldn’t change the date as there is no car in that location at that time How come the application accept my booking and there is no car in the location Why would you accept a booking if there is no car ready? And when I try to cancel the booking, they ask it for around 300 SAR THIS IS COMPLETELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACKg

Optional Extras
Whilst the service is generally good, many optional extras are not present on the cars. My previous hire did not even have central locking. All hire cars should have cruise control and central locking as standard. The more expensive cars I have hired, such as BMW’s through YELO have all the bells and whistles but you pay a premium for it. The more usual hires (Hyundai etc) have tyres and glass in the windows. I understand that YELO are running a business but omitting options from their vehicles which have been standard on most cars for many years now is financially immoral. YELO are not cheap in Saudi, you will pay the same price as the UK but you will get none of the bells and whistles you get from a UK hire.

Good until you need a refund
They owed me a refund since I returned the car earlier. They said it will be refunded automatically. Later I received an email saying that the refund cannot be completed (from their payment processor) and nothing more. Tried to call their customer service but it’s all automated. Had to go to their website and complain. Received a message with a link asking me to complete bank details. I entered the info and it says it’s wrong. No idea what’s wrong. I gave up. Will not use Yelo in the future.

Worst customer service
The hotel lost the key to the car, while contacting customer support, no help at all!! Even after requesting the manager, the lady refused to transfer me to her supervisor!! I highly do not recommend to rent the car from yelo due to their bad customer service. All what I realized that they want money out of your pocket!!

Average app, need more enhancements
- The app is deadly slow to click any tab! - crashes all the time - not reflecting the actual cost - no vat included - payment issues - you can enhance the app because you build it right developer? Good luck

افضل شركة تاجير تعاملت معاها منذ بدءت ربي يوفقهم لكن اتمنى من جميع الفروع عند تاجير السيارة للعميل الانتباه لموضوع الدخين داخل السيارة لانه الريحة ممكن تأذي الصدر او تسبب ربو فارجو منكم ان يسال العميل او يتم تنبيه هل هو مدخن او لا وشكرا
التحديث الأخير فيه مشكلة عدم ظهور العضوية ولايقبل الحجز

اسوء تجربة تعامل مع موظفين وخدمت عملاء
اولا حصل لي حادث انا المخطا فيه وبلغت خدمة العملاء اللي بلغوني اني احتاج تقرير نجم وبعدها اني اسيب السيارة في اقرب فرع بعد وصولي لاقرب فرع مثل ما بلغني خدمة العملاء قال لي الموظف ما اقدر استلم السيارة لعدم توفر ساحة للمواقف في الفرع وبعد الذهاب للفرع اللي تم ذكرت من قبل الموظف اللي اخذ ٢٠ دقيقة اضافية للوصول اليه قال لي الموظف في الفرع الثانيما اقدر استلم السيارة ويحتاج اسل السيارة في فرع ابحر اللي يبعد اكثر من ٥٠ دقيقة من الفرع وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تركوني مدة ما يقارب ٤٥ دقيقة لاستلام السيارة وبعد الانتهاء من الموضوع تم اضافة قيمة ٣٥٠٠ ريال مثل ما هو مكتوب في العقد واللي ما عندي عليه اعراض لكن ضايفين عليه قيمة الضريبة المضافة ١٥٪ وبناءا على لوئح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة الحوادث والغرامات ونسبة تحمل الحوادث لا يوجد عليها ضريبة واتصلت على هيئة الزكاة والضريبة لتاكيد المعلومة اللي مذكورة في موقعهم واكدوا انه لا يوجد قيمة ضريبة مضافة وبعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء للشركة كان ردهم كالتالي "مو معقول انه الشركة ما تعرف القوانين" و "هذا الشيء متعارف عليه انه تدفع ٤٠٠٠ ريال في حال الحادث" بدال التاكد من المعلومة او رفعها للادارة المختصة في الشركة

التطبيق جيد بشكل عام لكن : ارجو الغاء الرمز المرسل على الجوال عند تجديد او تحديث التطبيق لأنه دائما لا يقبل الرمز ولا يتم تحديث معلومات التجديد ويظهر عندي ان السيارة متأخرة في التسليم ويجب التجديد! The app is good in General, but: Please cancel the code sent to mobile phone Renew or update the app because it always does not accept the code and the renewal information is not updated and it appears to me that the car is late in delivery and must be renewed!

تعامل احترافي إستأجرت سيارة ليوم واحد من فرع مطار نجران، ويوم التسليم حبيت امدد الإيجار ليوم ثاني، دفعت التجديد اونلاين عن طريق تطبيقهم واستخدمت السيارة نص يوم وسلمتها بالمطار. بعد يومين رجعوا لي نصف المبلغ بحسابي شكراً لكم يلو .. لو غيركم مايرد ولا هلله.

After become I silver member they don’t give the benefits they said they will give. I rented from them over 10 times. But would never rent from them again.

تطبيقهم يبداً من 300 اليوم ولك 200 كيلو 😂 نصابين يقلك عداد مفتوح هذي بداية الغباء وعدم المصداقيه لا تحمل التطبيق ولا تصدقهم بأي اعلان ———- في تطبيقات ثانيه أخذت سياره عائليه اقتصاديه 160 ريال اليوم وعداد 300 اليوم

بعض السيارات سيئه جداً
حجزت سياره فئه متوسطه موديل ٢٠٢٥ عن طريق التطبيق و للاسف عند وصولي اخبروني انها غير متاحه ، ولا يوجد غير سياره فئه اصغر و موديل ٢٠٢٣. رضيت بها و عندما استلمتها وجدت حالتها سيئه جداً و متسخه. حمالة الكوب مكسوره، حامي الشمس فوق الرأس غير موجوده ، المساعدات بها مشكله و السياره غير متوازنه ، رائحة السياره سجاير. عندما قدمت شكوى تم تعريضي ب ٢٠ ريال عن اليومين، ١٠ ريال لكل يوم. في المستقبل لن استخدم التطبيق، ساذهب بدون حجز واذا لم اجد السياره المناسبه ساذهب الى مكان اخر.
