الاسعار ليست صادقة
دخلت لاول مرة للبرنامج وكان سعر التذكرة 112 للشخص ولمن ادخلت البيانات تغير السعر الى 224 لبالغ ورضيع فهل يعقل الرضيع دبل السعر .. تواصلت مع الدعم وقالو هنالك سعر اساسي 161 للبالغ وهذا غير صادق للاسف … تجربة مخيب للامال
لا انصح احد يحجز طيران من خلالهم مباشره
الخدمه سيئه للأسف وحاطين رقم أرضى بالرياض مفصول ولازم تتصل بمكتبهم بالقاهره وانتظار يتعدى ثلث الساعه طيب كيف تريدين تقيم واجهة صعوبه بتعديل حجزى

البرنامج اعطيه نجمتين فقط والسبب عدم الرد ابداً في الحالات الطارئة والاشياء الضرورية
السبب عدم الرد ابداً في الحالات الطارئة والاشياء الضرورية اريد تأجيل رحلة واحاول اتواصل معاهم من 3 ايام قبل رحلتي وغير هذا يعني الاتصال فيهم ب رصيد واتريا لمدة 30 دقيقه وكل شوي يقولو لي وقت الانتظار يزيد واليوم وقت الرجعه وللأسف مافي اي رد منهم وبعد م كملت فالمكالمه 40 دقيقة كلمتني وحده ثواني وفصل الاتصال ولا ردو يتصلو ابداً ف لهذا الشيء هو سيء بس ك برنامج ف الحجوزات زين

تم وضعي في مأزق صعب تم الحجز وخصم المبلغ وعند وصولي للفندق اتفاجأ بعدم تأكيد حجزي رغم الخصم وعند طلب المساعدة من الموظفة ايه التابعة لشركة ويقو تم الرد على الحجز بالفشل وعند سؤالها عن الحل قالت احجز من نفس الفندق فعلاً تفوزون ياويجو بأسوء تطبيق للحجوزات في تطبيق اخر يتم تعويض العميل أو على الأقل تقديم خصم مع تقديم الخدمه كالمك والتواصل مع الفندق فقط لإرضاء العميل ولكن ويجو يطلب من العميل الحجز من نفس الفندق😅 I was put in a difficult predicament. The reservation was made and the amount was deducted. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that my reservation was not confirmed despite the discount. When I asked for help from the employee A. Wego, the reservation was answered with a failure. When she was asked about the solution, she said, book from the same hotel. Indeed, you win Yaweigo with the worst application for reservations. In another application, the customer is compensated or at least provide a discount with the provision of service. Calm and communication with the hotel only to satisfy the customer, but Wego asks the customer to book from the same hotel😅

When I was book hotel before paying they show 33.60 including tax but when I was paid this app send email I have to pay more 140.75 So you are scam clients don’t use this app I will call bank to refund it

Unjustified Demand of Rs 17972/-
Very confusing , which has never happened earlier , after the bookings confirmed n payment done , we receiving call from tripodeal that prices have increased so we have to pay the fare differnce of 17972/-We checked online there was no such fluctuation at indigo portal . We had no other option but to pay the fare difference. This is totally unfair n unprofessional.

للأسف اني حجزت من عندهم فندق وجيت عنده الموقع الي حاطينه ولا لقيت الفندق والى الان اسبوعين اطالبهم يرجعون لي الفلوس ويقولون الفندق رافض

Wego is a very bad company , they haven't refunded my ticket price for over 4 months now.
Wego is a very, very bad company. It does not care about its customers or their problems. I bought a flight ticket through Wego on 26-02-2026. (Jeddah - Bahrain - Manila ) ,The booking was confirmed by Wego and the airline on 01-03-2026. The flight was canceled by the airline on 03-03-2026 due to the Strait of Hormuz crisis. On the same date, I contacted Wego and created a ticket refund request. A Wego employee informed me that the refund process would take 90 days. After more than 90 days, the ticket amount was not refunded to me. I contacted Wego on 17-06-2026 and filed a complaint for the delayed refund, but I received no response. I sent an email complaint to the CEO of Wego, but he did not reply. I also sent an email complaint to Wego's Regional Manager in the Middle East, but received no reply. Until now, after more than 4 months, I have still not received my refund. Truly, Wego is a very, very bad company.

Wonky website RIP OFF
I tired to make a reservation and got no confirmation. I tired again and got a confirmation. Later, I found out that my credit card was charged twice. WEGO refused to fix the problem by refunding duplicate charge. Use a reputable site like skipplagged.
