Nightmare customer service
Avoid at all the cost. They will gladly take your money but will never try to help when problems happen. This my personal experience.
Airline Timing Changes not updated
I booked my ticket through Almosfer and was never informed about the flight timing change. Because of this, I missed my flight. When I contacted Almosfer, they were unresponsive and offered no help. Even the airline did not notify me about the change. Now they are refusing to provide a full refund. I lost both my money and my time due to their poor service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Beware the change date fee in the app
It costs 250 riyals without their app fees to change the flight date even if u adjusted 5 min after ur ticket booking and you cant ask to upgrade ur orignal ticket to get more flexibility with changing times and dates
Price difference

Bring back the search feature
The newly introduced Ai search feature is horrible, at least make it an extra feature along with the normal search.

Need more staff what'sup & customer rebooking training
Its the first time that I use this application to get my airline booking but again I was disappointed with the unprofessional mistake that the employee have done with my time adjustment after I paid for the rebooking process with them & the ticket was sent to me I noticed that none of the adjustment I paid for already was done to my booking & I had to actually call them & talk to them explaining my problem & to ask for a cancellation for the employee mistake under my booking!!

No Price Match Guarantee
