A lot of promo notification
The application is good but lacks a settings tab, I can’t turn off promotions notification (which is very often) either I turn off all application’s notification, which is not ideal when I have an upcoming flight, or just keep all notification including promotions which are annoying. Notification should be categorized and each category should be turned on or off on command. These options should reside in a “settings” tab (which does not exist). These settings tab will also be useful is other application specific options are available later, a dark theme switcher for example.

Jazeera app not opening
For a month now, I tried opening the app but it shuts down on open. Any solutions?
App Crahses, Laggy
Would be a miracle if the app opens and work as it should. Many times app crashes and won’t open at all
App not working properly
It’s very wasteful app, cannot do check in and always cannot open the app properly, so many bugs need to upgrade the app
Keep working
I like this application cuz it makes booking easier than before but K-net booking doesn't work 😒
The app does not work!
Every time I have to type my name, it says spaces are not allowed which I did not put any spaces. I clicked on scan the passport and it won’t work. I tried to enter my US phone number and when I click on US, it sets it on Canada. OMG 😩

Online check in
There is a problem with the online check in It doesn’t work properly on the other hand it is good app
Useful App
suggest adding hotel bookings too and offers in home screen , early check in terms and conditions and option to self check in also the option to issue e- boarding pass like British Airways and Nas Air besides diagram for airports showing places to check in and gates , thanks Jazeera Airways
Refund not given fully
My 2 time flight cancelled this is not my fault but Jazeera always 2 time not given fully refund

Too useful App for reservations.

latest update we cannot sign in with google same like before
App needs me to pay for a seat when checkin online
When the online checkin window opens, no airline (as far as I know - and I travel frequently) requires you to select a seat. Rather you can checkin online without selecting a prefered seat. And if they do require you to select a seat, there are usually free seats that you should be able to chose from. Jazeera on the other hand, requires you to select a seat and pay for it. What’s the point of having this online checkin option then ? Such backward mindset and not a good picture for Kuwait.
Good update but!
Thanks for the iPad HD app but the lack iPhone 5 compatibility is still disappointing :(
Excellent
Very good intiative from Jazeera airways
Greedy and bad service
Bags took more than an hour from arrival time to get, expensive airlines and it supposed to be a budget one. Also you extra for EVERY SINGLE THING, Even to choose the last seat in plane or get a tea on board. Eventually you would rather pay for a better airlines and it will cost you the same. The terminal is so tight and crowded, the lounge is like a class room with bad smell.
Does not recognise PNR when logged IN
This is a weird App. It only recognises my PNR when I am not logged. The moment I login, it cannot recognise the PNR/booking.
niceeeefffdsss
niceeeeeee
التطبيق يطلب مني ادفع للمقعد وانا اصلا دافع awful app and a company
Jazeera Airways is a failure from every angle. The app constantly crashes, bugs out, and looks so cheap and tacky that even a small cookie shop could build a better one. The interface and transitions are awful and completely unprofessional. Online check-in is a disaster. I’ve tried many times and it keeps failing, stopping halfway, or asking me to pay again even though I already paid for my seat. The website is just as unstable and useless. Their call center is even worse. The staff don’t understand anything, repeat scripted lines, and one of them claimed online check-in has fees, which is false. In the end they admit they have system issues. Even though I’m a Jazeera Savers subscriber, the service is terrible, the systems are broken, and there’s zero accountability. Honestly, traveling by car is better than dealing with Jazeera Airways.
