Change the whole app
Can you just hire new IT team or company to build the app again because the bugs and lagging is annoying alot!, Riyadh Air for example is new airline and their new app is way smoother than Kuwait airways Just go and see the other airlines please
Apple wallet
We need a loyalty card and tickets in the Apple 4-star wallet, only this feature is missing. All airlines support the Apple wallet
Bad Apps and Slow

Worst customer service
I was promised from the sales manager that i will get a refund for my cancelled reservation due to a fraud from their own customer service (all documents are saved with me) and she charged me additional 150 kd to her own account. It has been a few years now and they still ask me to wait. Also my bag once was broken from baggage claim, i filed a report at the counter, but they never respond. They still lack decent customer service.

Terrible app
Wonderful airline but a terrible app that constantly freezes, won’t allow you to book and blocks contacting support:( It does not even allow you to check out its new loyalty card. Plus your booking reference simply disappears every time you log out. I absolutely love travelling with Kuwait Airways (10/10 on every score!!) and wish they would sort their app out, thats all.

New app is totally broken
The new app is full of bugs and unable to book tickets , looks like kuwait airways is spending more money to develop broken app to loose more customers.
Keeps crashing and does not let you create a profile
Frequently crashes and you lose any information you stored on it. And if there is an update you also loose the information on the app Ever after all these years, It is NOT linked to your frequent flyer Oasis Club account which is a big disappointment
Error
During flight search, it pops an error-Create Web view -Error. Please fix this
Always Crashing
The app almost always crashes upon launching it. It tries to load my Oasis information and then crashes. There’s no way for me to even look at my flight data. Sometimes it loads the Oasis data successfully and shows me my miles, but it’s a coin flip. It almost always crashes for me, rendering the app regretfully useless. I love Kuwait Airways so much and I really hope they work on fixing this glaring issue. The app is otherwise functional and good — IF it loads. >_<
Crash when searching for fares using Iphone X IOS 13
Crash
Mr. Ali Jaber Alsabah
Rather awkward. If you change the return date, it will ask you to choose the departure date. Well, I don't have a problem with the departure date it is the return date that modified. The second issue is when it asks for seat reservation it expects that you choose the items.on the menu.
Always book From Kuwait airway app as they are 100% secure and fast

Slow & Saggy App
Kindly improve ur app, it takes 5 minutes to be able to search for flights, the app settles itself for a healthy amount of time before u can select the departure & arrival airports or move the screen even.. its not my phone issue im using 14promax i have trued it with 15 as well & lower models too were facing the same issue..
Latest update is broken
New update that keeps crashing on launch. Get your act together .. this is embarrassing
Recent issues with the app
The app was good but recently it’s not opening and shuts down in a minute. Please fix. Thanks
User friendly
Honestly I didn’t expect the app to be user friendly and running smoothly while downloading it. I’m glad to be mistaken about it. Definitely would use again. Best regards.
