4 days the app is not working
Its been 4 days unable to access the app and there is no update and nothing can be done. We have money in wallet and want to top up but nothing and we cant communicate with their team
Apple Pay support
Great app except for the lack of Apple Pay support.
Fees
The application was good until they decided to add service fees What a shame for an already overpriced parking fee.
Payment Fee
Why does the App charge me 50 Fils even if the parking charge was 0.00 KD? If you drive into the parking garage and immediately drive out, they don’t make you pay but Mawaqif App still charged their fee.

Worst app
The application takes extra 50 fils for every entry!! The other time I did not top up and entered warehouse and payed when I exited but the application deducted 300 fils and now when I want to delete the account they want me to pay this again!!!! Pathetic app Don’t download it’s a joke
No support at all
I had an issue which I don’t know , and I have to reset the password … now more than 50 time trying to login and no chance !!! And you don’t have support contact
Only Kuwait Mobile Numbers Can Use This App
I only have a Saudi number and unfortunately was unable to sign up in the app. I was excited to try it out for the first time. I hope the developer allows for non-Kuwaiti numbers (at least GCC numbers) to sign up in the future. I would definitely use this app if this issue was resolved. Seems very nicely put together and lots of effort in app development. At least if it had a “guest checkout” option that would have not been the case.
Just easy
Very convenient

Can’t use it if you don’t own Kuwaiti Mobile Number
Unfortunately, if you don't have a Kuwaiti mobile No, you can not register and pay for the parking. The owner of the app has to be open-minded and know that a visitor will come to Kuwait and will rent a car or they will come with their vehicle and they will have to use a mobile. No. From there country This type of restriction in the apps means the developer has a limited vision, or they only trust Kuwaity mobile No. Mean any visitor you are not welcome to use our apps. Thanks
مفيد
التطبيق جيد يستغني عن دفع الكاش في بعض مواقف السيارات ، الاستجابه التطبيق ممتازه لمواقف السياراة يتعرف على المركبه بسهولة 2024
Developers have no respect for customers time
Last night the developers wanted to shoot an Ad for their app. They blocked the exit of the parking lot which resulted in a long line of cars that couldn’t leave. And they refused to let anyone leave until they are done with their shoot. I was stuck for 22 minutes just waiting for these people to finish their shoot. I have since deleted the app. Developers, if you do not respect your customers time then you do not deserve customers. Zero stars
