It’s not updated, they don’t include offers. Comparing with other companies, it’s complicated to complete booking or check in.

Good Airline
I just booked a ticket with this airline, earlier have an impression of just a ordinary airline but during my whole dealings, I found it a better airline with good service and specially its Hold Ticket option for general public. Which helped me to book a right flight for me during month of Ramadan-2026
Third class fraud airlines
Its one and only airlines who steals your money and give you big harassment. You should never ever book any flights from them. It is a big harassment trap. I’m going for legal actions against them.

Doesn’t get updates on flight delays
The app is quite decent in terms of navigation. However, a critical feature is to show the latest updates when there are any changes in flight schedules. Not sure if it is the app or SalamAir’s fault. I received two hours ago an email from SalamAir of the 5 hours delay in flight departure. But the app and the boarding pass still showing the older time. This makes it very confusing and frustrating as I don’t want to miss the flight and at the same do not want to spend over 6 -8 hours at the airport!
Dark mode
Better to do the Dark mode in the app will more better 💡

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your airline. I traveled from Muscat to Bangalore and back with Salam Air, but the return journey was marred by issues at Bangalore airport. Bangalore airport. Despite booking a two-way ticket, I wasn't informed about the 5kg hand baggage allowance for the return flight. At Bangalore airport, Supervisor Ritu was unhelpful and rigid, refusing to consider the misunderstanding. When I mentioned being a regular traveler, she was rude and focused only on overcharging me. To add to the frustration, the cash payment didn't have change, leaving me in an awkward spot. As a customer, I expect better communication and empathy, especially from a supervisor. This experience has left me questioning Salam Air's commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope you'll look into this and take steps to improve your customer service. Unfair and deceitful cancellation policy
They show their tickets as refundable. But when I cancelled the ticket they only issued a voucher after deducting the cancellation fees. Nowhere did they mention during booking or on their app that no money would be returned. A clearly deceptive hidden policy. Their customer care is non-cooperative. Avoid this airlines.

Worst Arline to fly with. Please stay away from this Airline
I had my worst experience with Salam Airline. They changed their rules regarding checking. They are charging their passengers $12 to check in at the Airport. But the twist is my family and I we did try to check in 8hrs before the departure but the app wouldn’t allow as to due to the Airline to verify our passport and directed to check in at the airport. But after we arrived at the airport we were forced to pay for a check in or we will miss the flight. This is a scam if the app doesn’t work when checking in and they charge you for the check in in person. I am very disappointed and I hope the government does something about this issue.

البرنامج مقبول لكن يحتاج الى الإصلاحات التالية: @ إمكانية تغيير الرقم السري بنفسي الى الكلمة التي أرغب فيها. @ البرنامج فيه بطء لغاية ما يشتغل أو تبحث فيه عن رحلات. @ اهتمّوا أكثر بالبرنامج لأنه علامة على خدماتكم وهو كالمرآة لكم.

علق مره وكنسل رحله وخسرت مبلغ ٢٦ ريال عماني من ثمن التذكره ولما اتصلت على خدمة المراجعين رفضوا يرجعوا المبلغ وكان ردهم ما نقدر دامك كنسلت الرحله

Disappointing experience with Salam Air! They charged me an additional amount at the boarding counter, which was not mentioned earlier. Lack of transparency in their pricing. Not responding
I have flown the first sector few days ago and the booking still shows the same sector as next booking. Also there is no missing miles option in the app. Lastly, is it complicated to check in online.

Destinations
I am nit sure what happened to this application. I am not able to find any destination in Pakistan while on application used by my friend, we can find Pakistani destinations. This is very weird.
Manage Booking is not working
Whenever I click manage to manage booking it gives me Pnr or confirmation number cannot be empty. Even though the booking is confirmed

They confirm the ticket and they cancel the ticket. This is a joke. They are taking joke stupid airlines
