Downloaded as I joined virgin but Everytime I try to connect it to my hub it constantly says can’t find your hub I’ve had the app on for over a week and it still says the same I’ve done everything google says and still nothing

Not compatible with Hub5x
I recently changed to Virgin Media for my broadband connection at home, I received their latest router Hub5x with a WiFi pod. I read on virgin website the best way to position the WiFi pod was using the Virgin Media Connect to improve coverage. I downloaded the app and failed to connect to my hub. After several attempts to fix the issue and several calls to Virgin customer service, I discovered the app is not compatible with my router. Until they fix the issue, if they do, the app is completely useless, hence my one star review.
Potential but major issue “Coming Soon”
App works well but it does not let you pause access and just has a message coming soon which I believe was shown long before we joined so when is it coming? 6 months later and it is still coming soon???? Lacks the functions available in the webpage access.
App not finding Hub 5
Always used this app and never had any problems until now. Upgraded to Hub 5 and it says it can’t find my hub. Been on to customer services regarding this issue a few times and it’s still not resolved. Hub is working and so are the pods, but unfortunately the app isn’t 🙁

Been trying to login for about a mth now, no joy. Same with website. Dozens upon dozens of phone calls. It’s a global thing they tell me, what ever that means. Will be fixed in a week 😂

Who and what are using my WiFi
Very useful for lots of reasons however extremely useful to see who or what is logged on to my system. Easy to use and best of all the price.
Disappointed
This apps is supposed to help when we have a connection problem but when it happens, the apps doesn’t work…and there is no possibility to talk to someone form Virgin. I’m very disappointed by the service

Can’t connect
I don’t get why but I’ve downloaded the app and tried to log in. It then comes up saying sorry, we couldn’t connect you to the server. Try again in a moment. It’s done this since I got Virgin in my home which was over 2 weeks ago?

Wow this is a very good and easygoing app to use, as i can get a good view of my Wi-Fi in all my rooms.
The worst app ever
Never works. If I could give negative stars, I would. Always says “something went wrong at our end” but cannot fix itself. Followed all the guides and fix solutions. None of them work. Customer service can’t find solution either. Utterly useless app.
