I’ve been trying to log in for months and doesn’t work it just says there’s an error, i still get notifications that a new trip has been reported on my car for my little box but i can’t log in or access anything, apparently it’s been broken for months and no one’s done anything about it, terrible service
Unable to log in – constant error
I’m unable to use the Admiral app because every time I try to log in, I get an error saying “Oops, something went wrong” with error code 5030\500. I’ve tried again multiple times but the same error keeps appearing. An insurance app needs to be reliable when customers need to access their policy, so this is very frustrating. Please investigate and fix the login issue. If you’ve already tried reinstalling the app, restarting your phone, or can log in successfully on Admiral’s website, tell me and I’ll make the review stronger by mentioning that too.
Quite good
Nice app for checking insurance details, updating personal details and even getting quotes. What is most frustrating though is that it keep logging you out and doesn’t save your login details. So I spend alot of time having to re-input my login details. Very annoying!
Always covered
Been with Admiral nearly a year,I don’t actually drive right often but knowing my car is covered by a trusted company really makes life easy.

Never been able to login, keep getting error code 1015/400
No travel insurance capability
Admiral need to make it clear that at the moment this App does not support travel insurance. I had a dozen goes at access and kept getting an error message. I had to Admiral in the end to get an answer: Do it online.
Less good than old app, mixed experience
A lot of functionality has been removed and the app itself is unstable - sometimes the basic tools are there, sometimes the basic manage app etc is just a white empty screen. Too much of the app is stuffed with cross sell and upsell adverts. Poor and unreliable app. I’d put it at the bottom of the list and would not want to rely on it for urgent documents or use cases like emergency help or claims.

Background tracking
Tracking you without your permission, the app doesn’t ask for any permission to track you but will track your location in the background and collect this data, even if your policy or settings don’t require or allow this.
Doesn’t work for travel insurance
This doesn’t work for travel insurance, you have to go online for that

Travel Portal
Had an email quoting a renewal price. I accepted it but can’t access the App. When I check the website it shows a higher rate for my renewal but I can’t use the App to message 🤦🏻♀️
