I’ve been trying to cancel for a long time. They sent me instructions that are incorrect and do not lead me to an actual cancellation page. Customer service is pretty much not useful.
Fast, Reliable and Indian Origin
Pros: Like to use zoho instead of gmail, fast easy 5gb space, no ads, works like butter smooth. Cons:the lower side is the unified inbox feature doesn’t work like Gmail.

Tabs are not easily accessible and the System is not friendly
App interface keeps blinking
The UI when opened has been flashing lately. I have to close it entirely and open again before it gets stable. It happens quite often which I think is a bug. I have video of it if you want it to investigate and fix the issue.

Small error in calendar widget
Hi, I’ve noticed a display error in the calendar widget. I have my calendar options set to Monday as the week’s starting day. The calendar widget has adjusted the day numbers and the highlighted day to reflect that but, has not adjusted the headings (S, M, T, W, etc) showing Sunday as the week’s start. For example, today is Sunday but the column for today’s dotted day reads “Saturday.”

Max email size 20mb not enough!
On multiple occasions when I needed to be able to send a 1gb file , I got this pop up saying that the whole email must be below 20mb. Look at how Google sends them as drive links! Please do something about this!

Just want to receive business emails without errors
Zoho mail worked perfectly for me up until recently. Now my SPF is disabled due to some issue I have no clue about. Now I can’t access my business email account which I require to run my consulting business. Now I have to tell clients to email my generic gmail address and can’t get the help I need from helpdesk unless I upgrade to a higher paid account. Frustrated

I love this app. This is hooked to my Shopify account and having both apps on my phone make my life incredibly easier. The only thing missing is the ability to block email addresses the way I can on my laptop app.
Very fussy Unable to log in in the laptop
Why your verification doesn’t end? Even after entering the code on mobile 20 times it still keeps asking. Why can’t I login fresh with my credentials? Why you should prop up directly to my account and ask repeatedly code sent on phone? Why can’t you get me the fresh log in screen? It is so irritating and feels like get out of this fussy, hyper critical, nuisance mail account
Its pretty good
It functions pretty well but has some issues that are hard to resolve due to the company being in India. The only contact to resolve issues is email and that makes it very difficult to explain things. They ask for a "screen recording" of the issue that should have been easy to resolve via email.

I have used Zoho for 5 yrs now. It was great for the ability to create additional user emails. I have had my mail blocked for incoming/outgoing several times without an easy fix to upgrade storage. I have to go through and delete emails. Many times it will log me out on laptop and send PW reset to the email it prevents me receiving mail instead of my phone.
Attachment missing during forward
After updating the app, Whenever i forward the mail, attached files not sent after mail delivered to the recipients.

I live by my calendar and can’t get this on my outlook calendar.
Original trail email missing while reply all
I updated the app today and noticed that the trail email is missing while replying to all. This bug needs to be urgent fixed

Sorry guys but the new look for Zoho is awful! It looks like google and it is completely confusing! Please could you go back to simplicity!!!

I love it, however, I’ve had it for two years and I’m still learning. Made a lot of mistakes in the beginning that I have not been able to clear up. I’m just beginning to start utilizing more features. I still have some glitches that I haven’t been able to clear up yet. But I am optimistic that I can get help to do that.
Loops during sign in
Great app for the past 6+ years. Latest update broke the sign in for me. Can’t get into mail and sign in constantly loops back to sign in and then verification to sign in. Update 4/27/26: deleted the app and then reinstalled. Signed in with no problem. Zoho tech support contacted me regarding the issue which I appreciated! Thank you.
To much spam.
Entirely too much spam. They sell your info and your paid mail account is covered in spam. To boot there spam filters don’t work either.

No way to format text
It seems on mobile there is no way to format the text of an email if pasting from a google doc. It seems there is no way to do it as desktop web version doesn’t work on iPhone either.
Application Crashed in Iphone
Zoho mail is crashing in iphone when we try to open suddenly it is crashing and going back to the home screen. Hope zoho team will patch tjis issue.

Update 4/2026. Can you believe it, support asked me to reset the app while sending more data Fortunately, the reset did the trick, blazing fast again. Not a big fan of the ii, and secret finger techniques: finger select and hold to bring up select all. But that’s personal choice. Back to 5 stars for support responsiveness and performing as intended. Update: 3/2026. Suddenly doggy, slow, barely responsive. Down to 2 stars. Update: select is available, it is triggered by a long touch. Four stars Update: new version 7/15/2025 removes select features. Loss of functionality cost a star. Two stars. Although appearance improved as did speed. No more delay after delete re. You have to navigate mail one by one. Do like the premise of mail, use it, but it is slow. Liked most the catch all feature. But on an iPhone, I often select all, unselect ones of interest and delete. Then presented with an undo option that won’t let me do anything for seconds to minutes. Moving from one mail/delete to the next mail is 5-6 seconds of wait Why the undo? It goes to trash and unless emptied is available for move or recover So ho slow, and no option to stop an undo prompt on the delete. So ho odd.

I’ve stopped getting my emails after running my entire business, and personal emails through this site!!!! I’ve missed incredibly important information costing me thousands of dollars!!!
Outstanding Support Experience- Truly Appreciated
I received exceptional support, which is highly appreciated. The overall experience of query resolution was excellent. As a new Zoho user, I initially faced some issues with my Mailbox ID profile. The concern was resolved very quickly with a solution that was easy to understand and self-explanatory. The response time was impressive. I later encountered another issue while creating my profile on Arattai. I raised a request under the same issue log, and once again, it was resolved in no time. This is exactly the kind of support an end user hopes for. Zoho is easy to use, offers multiple functionalities to suit individual needs, and ensures quick resolution of any issues. My day-one experience with Zoho has been truly great, and I sincerely hope to continue this association for a long time. Thank you to the entire support team for the prompt assistance and for making the experience feel genuinely personal.

No way to format text when composing an email, eg add a bulleted list etc. it’s 2025, come on.
App crashes 4/4
I love using Zoho for my small business but app started crashing won’t open on 4/4 and still having the same issue. I think it has something to do with new update.

Not at all intuitive
I find Zoho really frustrating. I hate the way emails are joined together if the title is the same - it makes me worried I have sent an email to someone who should not receive it, just because they were in the chain earlier. I can’t find how to get a little notification symbol on the app on my iPad to show I have new mail, so I have to keep going in the app to look several times a day so I don’t miss anything. I can’t find help online for any of my queries.
App is ok, but missing fundamental features.
The app has done its job, but it’s missing key features. The biggest issue is that there isn’t a way to block emails or create a white/black list directly in the app.

Account not accessible…inactive after just 10 days
They my account inactive after I recently opened it. No support. No acknowledgment. No ticket for support. I keep contacting them. They detached my cell number from the account too. I’m testing out the free Zoho email before purchasing an upgrade but this is a nightmare. They need to acknowledge me and fix things fast. I need to trust them.

Zoho mail App does work on iphone if multiple email IDs are aggregated
May be after the latest update, Zoho mail App does work on iphone if multiple email IDs are aggregated in “All inboxes”. If you select any email to an email ID that is not your default email Id, but can be seen under the all inboxes, on click of the email, the email content doesn’t get loaded and shows the loading sign continuously. Poor test and upgrade.

Zoho is a good mail service, but the app UX is just horrible, like a software engineer also designed the app. You have to press back to see the Dashboard Menu! Then Inbox isn’t your Inbox! It’s View -> Undread
New app update
Amazing update - looks so much better than before. I hope the Mac version gets a similar update as the login process on mac is completely broken. This app design looks nice though.
Functional but not good
Only use their email product but find the customer support challenging when there is an issue. It takes so much effort. I have multiple email providers some free some paid. Every service will have issues eventually but comparatively it is only Zoho I recall with disappointment as it has most issues and whilst the fix maybe easy, the effort to get it fixed is excessive. This speaks volumes as I have no such dread with other products!
Use Indian Name in App Images
Being an Indian company I am not sure why in your images you have used English Names?? You MUST have used Indian Names.
