Horrible “ improvement “
I used mail com for more than 10 years and was quite happy with it. Recently some very “ clever” specialists decided to make it “ better”. Now I can not find any of my emails, no addresses, and the help is replying some rubbish. There is a special place in hell for such people that destroy a perfectly working system to make it “ better” according to their sick minds

I really don’t know why I’m paying for premium. They never answer the phone. I can’t log in on Chrome half the time and have to try Firefox, though that’s not always working.

Constant Blank Emails
This app is pretty bad. At least 15% of my emails show up completely white and I HAVE to log in on the website to see it. What’s the point of the app if it’s literally less convenient?

Broken from the ground up; outright inoperable
The Mail.com app never finishes loading, stalls when trying to delete more than 10 emails, and it crashes on virtually every command. Oh—this is if the app even opens AT ALL.
Great so far
Easy to use and add aliases. No issues. Fast. Free. Private. Excellent so far.

Kicks you out too often & too many fake e mails to reset password
It’s as I’ve put above. Contacted them for assistance and the ‘advice’ I received was rubbish and didn’t work. Unable to get into my e mail for three weeks then suddenly started working again. Also receive at least three e mails from SCAM addresses DAILY that state I need to reset my password etc or they’ll close my account. Don’t know if I’m coming or going with real or scam e mails!!

I am very satisfied with the email and the app itself. Good Job guys.
Can’t see the emails
The design is horrible. These particular settings can’t be changed. The worst of it is, the body of the email comes through only sometimes on my mobile device. There is no phone number to get ahold of a real person and the chat is only AI. There is no good reason to use this mail server. Not to mention I can’t log in on my laptop. It takes me straight to the help section with no way to navigate back.
Looks and works well
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years at least. My only complaint and the reason it got 4/5 stars is that you can’t search using the app. Other than that, it works well. I’ve never had it crash. A really nice free app.
No response from help team
I’ve had issues getting into my account on my computer for over a month. Several emails later I was able to get into my account on my phone but not on my computer. I even tried to buy into the Premium plan, called the number and was on hold for almost an hour. That’s premium?

It would be great if when you delete certain emails it automatically picks them up and puts them to spam and there is certain ads that are so unnecessary that are annoying

This service is fine for incidental emails, but if you ever find yourself looking for a job and thus need to use it to accept and attend teams calls and the like, it falls over hard. Very frustrating.

Blocked
I have had my account for about 30 years and have suddenly been blocked with a 430 which has nothing to do with the way I use the account. Customer Service is unhelpful as you need another email address just to send their contact form requesting help. The AI assistant sends you round in circles. I have no access to everything from insurance policies to old friends. Some years ago a real human being replied to the Customer Service contact form without requesting an alternative email address. Up until now I was fairly satisfied with mail.com Update. Mysteriously the account is now accessible again after several days. Does anybody at mail.com know why this all happened? Maybe a real human being reads app reviews!

I was typing in my information and unfortunately it wasn’t working…Everytime I try to do the verification code…it does a checkmark when I try to verify it says it doesn’t work…or says try again..
Photos in email
Many times a photo in an email ( not as an attachment) isn’t seen by the recipient. Instead they see only a question mark. Annoying!!

Due to failing the stupid captcha test multiple times despite doing what it asked. Was it not fast enough? You know some people have conditions that affect motor movement.

Annoying red dot when no new email
Overall it’s pretty good although there seems to be a glitch where it’s like the mail.com server doesn’t update quickly enough and the red dot notification is there indicating there’s a new email but there isn’t. As someone who finds those red dots annoying in general, it really bothers me.
