Annoying
New update makes it so that when you leave the app, even just pull up the app to see another app it restarts to the top of your transaction history. Very frustrating and annoying. Please fix this.
Dark Mode Theme ASAP
I have thoroughly searched the mobile application for an option to enable dark mode as my default setting; however, I was unable to locate it within the settings or profile sections. Based on my understanding of dark mode, it offers several benefits, especially in low-light conditions, as it is less harsh on the eyes compared to a bright screen. Furthermore, it is widely recognized that dark mode can contribute to extended battery life for mobile devices. The implementation of a quick update feature for dark mode would enhance user experience and satisfaction with the application. I believe that an update introducing this feature would be beneficial if it could be delivered within the current week.
Issues login in
I’ve had no problems login until recently, they have this box you have to click to verify that you’re not a robot. As of lately when I’m try in to login in, I would type my information in and then click the box but it would say error. Causing me not to be able to get in the app. I’ve called about it, didn’t really help. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, got it to work for 2 days then it started doing it again. I’ve tried the uninstall and reinstall it again, but I wasn’t lucky this time. Nothing more annoying then trying to see how much is on your credit card then not being able to login in because of the app not thinking you’re a human even though you username and password are correct
App restarting
Over the past couple of days the app has started to develop an issue where it restarts itself when I am in the process of transferring money. It is a minor issue but it is very annoying.

Why is the system always down
Can’t access my account from my phone because the system is down. I have perfect internet and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling this, but to no avail. It has been like this for months now, and I cant seem to fix it.
Description of the transactions cut
I like the app and the easy way to get things done. However when I am reviewing my transaction history there is no way to see the whole information in the app and I am clueless what some of the items are about or what did I spend in.It would be amazing if when you click on the transaction you could see the full details.

Fully Functional
I love DFCU and I’m thankful for this app. It is fully functional which I appreciate. I’m able to do everything I want to do. Since the last big update, it is a little confusing at times with non-standard iOS behaviors. Personally, I preferred the old app more.
Five Star Banking
Deseret First Credit Union has excellent customer service, fraud protection, decent location availability and an awesome mobile banking app. I would highly recommend DFCU to anyone looking to open an account for their missionary or otherwise. My family chooses DFCU and will enjoy a lifelong relationship.
What were you thinking?
You buried the most useful features of the app and are now pushing features no one is asking for. Bill pay used to be one of the four main icons in the bottom navigation. Now it’s buried three layers deep in the UI. What even is card hub? I’ve never needed it. It serves no purpose. If you are going to change core functionality to serve some unknown agenda, at least offer a feature where I can customize the bottom menu! The card hub is front and center, taking the most valuable real estate on the UI and I have never needed it. Never used it. Have no reason to ever tap it. Even when I tapped it to see what it was, it took 30 seconds to load. When I tap “More”, there’s card hub again along with every other bottom navigation option. Why is this duplicated? At least go More > [list of features not on bottom navigation]. Ugh. This app is getting worse. Oh, and stop advertising inside the secure banking app. Screens are small. Real estate needs to be devoted to members. Not pushing products no one cares about. If I need those products, I know how to find them. DFCU is turning into all the things we hate about big banks.
Very Convenient
I like the convenience the app affords me. I can track my expenses and easily make payments. I can also know my deadlines with ease because of the app.
Was good, now meh
It was good for a while, but with the new update it lost functionality and it’s having a lot of bugs where it’s not loading correctly on the first time.

The app is easy to follow allows me to change, add to transfers bill pay anything I need to do with online banking!
App getting glitchy and staff don’t act like credit union
Something happened with the app and my payment didn’t go through. The staff doesn’t care and won’t help. Each year they get more like a bank and less like a credit union. Their app potentially cost me a lot because an issue processing my payment and they will not help me. First missed payment in my life and a stupid app issues. Closing my account asap.

I get asked every time I open the app. No I don’t want to rate. I just want to look at my account. So now it’s 1 star. If I had amazing things to say then I would rate it when I felt like it.

Mobile deposit stopped working
I have had it with trying to get my mobile deposit to work in the last two months. I live in a rural area hours away from the nearest deseret first credit union and mobile deposit is the only option I have to get paid from work because they only do physical checks and for the past two months I have to redownload the app and retry two dozen times before my checks will go through. I’m endorsing all my checks the same way I have been for years so this is a very recent issue I’m coming a cross and it’s incredibly frustrating. At this point I will be changing banks soon because I have to be able to get paid for my work in order to live my life.

Forced User Feedback
The UX on this app has a lot to be desired. But my greatest gripe of all is that the app overrides global iOS settings on in-app feedback requests (Settings > App Store > In App Ratings & Reviews) and forces a prompt (that has no ability to dismiss). TERRIBLE user experience, degrades my trust as a user and is very damaging to the DFCU brand. The feedback requests on top of that are too frequent. I’ve complained about this in the in-app feedback each time and the feedback is ignored. DFCU needs to stop and have a serious rethink on collecting user feedback. This app is intrusive, an invasion of privacy and regularly in violation of Apple’s App Store policies. This app should be flagged/removed immediately until they are compliant.

Deseret First Credit Union is Best with employees where integrity is there values, and you as a customer come first. Always a wonderful atmosphere to walk into whether storming outside or really hot outside! There call center is there to assist you ,if you are out of the country and need help . The app is misleading
I was wondering why I kept getting NSF fees from transferring . Ion big text at the top is the balance that is NOT the available balance! The available balance is in tiny print under Account Details. DFCU, why not make the Available Balance easy to see in the app for the customers for Saving accounts? Dfcu keeps $50 for savings, not sure why that isn’t deducted from the balance in bug text on the app.
