The app hasn’t been letting me login it keeps saying theirs an update and to try again soon but it’s been almost a full year of this so I need it fixed now please!!

This apps works fantastic for me for everything but mobile deposit. It usually takes six tries to get a deposit to go through, that’s pretty frustrating.

I have worked in the banking world. I spent 12 years in customer service and management so I know what it’s like when it comes to banking. You can have good customers you can have not so good customers. I’ve seen these team members deal with not so nice customers, and they deal with them with kindness, empathy, and truly trying to help them solve whatever issue they’re having. I’ve been with the bank for over 10 years and I think my husband has been with this bank for over 20 years. They don’t pressure me into doing anything that isn’t good for me. They have different departments that can help you in many many situations. I will remain faithful to Desert Financial. Thank you Gayle Gerkin .
White Screen of Death
Every time I’ve opened this app lately, I am greeted by the white screen of death. It may take thirty seconds to load - maybe two minutes. It may never load after all and just crash entirely. Either way, I’m having trouble accessing my bank account through this app. I need to be able to see my finances. No one can afford to have their bank app crashing upon opening every time they attempt to open it.

Can y’all make my deposits appear as green again versus just black text. Makes it easier to find my work deposits when I’m going through my spending. I know it’s a long shot but thanks.
Mobile deposit
Their mobile deposit never works 🤦♂️. Either the app glitches and doesn’t let me deposit or some error pops up. Haven’t been able to use mobile deposit the past two months and even when I went to the bank they had no idea how to help me

Zelle Has Been A Game Changer
I have always found this app to be user-friendly. I’ve banked only with Desert Financial my entire life. Now they have an option for Zelle and I got so excited I had to leave a review after my first time using Zelle via the Desert Financial app. Cheers.
Bank is okay, App is horrible
The app crashes constantly. It never remembers my biometrics. The UI looks like it’s from the 2000s and the performance certainly matches. I’m seriously considering switching banks because the experience using this app brings more headaches than anything. Why is it that this app is prone to freeze multiple times a month, requiring me to delete it and redownload? This is absurd. Desert Financial, please update this!!! At this point in 2026 this kind of buggy performance issues is reprehensible.

Does its job well but i wish i could get transaction notifications through the app instead of text messages
Bugy banking
The app likes to crash sometimes and freequently logs itself out requiring me to log in again and make a new trusted device that needs a new name because apparently if forgot this device, makes it feel insecure
Blank white screen
As soon as I click on the app the screen is just blank with nothing on it. I’ve already uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it but it still gives me the same issue. Please fix
App Glitch
I’ve had this app for years!! Now all of a sudden anytime I try to login, the security part of it that says cloudflare says error, and won’t let me log in. This is frustrating. Please just fix. That’s all. Otherwise app is great and simple!!
Problems
I’m having trouble logging into my account. It keeps saying error. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve done everything you could think of. I don’t know what’s going on. Please help.
App review for iPad
I have watched this app improve over the years and enjoy it more with every update. This last update however removed the option to view the app in either mode, portrait or landscape, on the iPad. It would be nice if you to bring back the choice. I like to work on my iPad in landscape mode and get frustrated every time I open your app and am forced to turn it around to portrait. Since you previously had landscape or portrait viewing options on the iPad I’m guessing it was an oversight by the developer. Please bring this feature back and you will be back at a 5 star rating from me!
Terrible App
This app forces me to manually sign in every single time I use it. The only banking app I have that is that behind the times. It doesn’t even remember my username anymore.
Zelle takes FOREVERRRRRRR
There’s no point in Zelle if I have to still wait 30mins minimum for my money to be received.

Apparently, you must have an apple 14 or above in order to utilize the Desert financial app
Dissapointment
Had there account for four months and quickly I am done. Don’t believe you will receive an enrollment bonus anytime soon. And don’t enroll in overdraft. Cash app or chime were better. More honest.
Bill pay
I really like the app but with the last update the bill pay feature was moved. Now it requires 3 button pushes instead of 1 button push like before. Please consider putting the bill pay shortcut back on the bottom like it was before.

My account has logged me out so many times and now it won't let me login and my Face ID isn't working at all anymore
Missing Link
This for the most part a good app. HOWEVER it is missing a link to enable management of your Desert Financial Credit Union Credit Card. So if you want or need to manage your credit card, review activities, or even make a payment there is no link within the app to manage your credit card. You will need to use a PC or laptop to manage your credit card Otherwise this is a good app.

Struggling to Login
Won’t allow login. Just continues to spin. Before not allowing log in, it would log in and go back to log in screen to do it again. Struggled to do transfers. It would attempt to transfer once but then go back to the account screen without transferring. Worked the second time. I usually like this app but it does have bugs occasionally.

Login
The login always has issues. That stupid human check box doesn’t mark itself when I click on it. I came to this credit union to get away from the big bank and this is terrible
Takes too long to transfer money into your account.
Needed to transfer money into my checking account from savings and it took almost an hr to get my money. Never mind the fact I needed to pay something at the time of transferring so I had to cancel my order. Happens too many times with this app/bank.
Cannot add an account.
It as all good before and now cannot add another account on both app and website.

The app seems really great but I can’t even use it every time I try to use it it says system is not responding try again or something like that
App no longer loads
App has been so so for a year now. Issue I am having now is it does not load anymore. Just open it and goes to a white screen and just sits there! All other apps on my iPhone work perfectly fine. Including 2 other banking apps! Not sure what the deal is but this is extremely inconvenient and not acceptable from a bank. Desert Schools please also get caught up with the times and add Zelle to your system for your clients. Thank you!
Where is this feature???
According to the Desert Financial FAQs there is supposed to be a feature that allows members to transfer money to other members. I’ve been with Desert Financial for a really long time now and have never seen this. Apparently it was called Pay Anyone and now it’s Pay It Now and supposedly can be found in transfers. I tried the mobile app and the desktop site and it’s nowhere to be found, aside from in the FAQ stating the feature exists. So does the feature exist or does it not? And if it doesn’t why is it listed in the FAQs section and why do we not have this sort of feature considering you don’t work with Zelle anymore. Pretty annoying. Aside from that, the app gets me the info I need but it could definitely be improved.

I GAVE THIS APP 2* ☹️☹️because; each time I want to check my balance,( on my Iphone 13), I have to go into my APP store for desert financial credit union, open up the app, re enter my password(even though I have the “remember my password” box checked) THEN I can assess my account. Any assistance would be appreciated.
