Great Bank
Credit union will always be better than big banks, it’s much more friendly and welcoming. The app is pretty easy to use as well no issues.
Call backs suck
I have had this bank for 15 years and now there call back time really sucks

Just wish I could close an account through the app.
Good App but
Good app but needs dark mode. I do not receive a verification code when trying to add an email address to my Zelle profile (I checked my spam folder). Had to contact support for help.
So grateful for this app
I can see my account balance on a daily basis. I can handle other banking business also on this app. Easy to use.
Always something wrong with it
I swear… there’s always something wrong with it on the weekends… you can’t send me money, you can’t transfer money, you can’t access that information right now… Updated 2 days later Once again, unable to log in…
Add Zelle for business
App is quite user-friendly and get most of the info you want. It’d be great if we could use Zelle for a business account. I repeat ad Zelle for business accounts

I love banking with One AZ Credit Union. It is my favorite. I use the credit union on Gurley Street in Prescott Arizona. The building used to be a Southern Baptist Church and I always say "Bless my money!" because of that. The girls are nice there!
Zelle doesn’t work
I’m extremely frustrated that the Zelle connection doesn’t work. This is a considerable disadvantage when there aren’t many bank branches so the transfer options are the most convenient. Without Zelle, there’s no way to move money quickly. Major, major downside of using this credit union. I will update my review if they ever get Zelle working in the app. It’s 2026, this kind of thing should not be happening!

It’s ok, my only complaint is that you have to click on a purchase & then back out to see ALL of your purchases, you should just be able to scroll down
Great mobile app
I love the OneAZ mobile banking app and I love the credit union. We have belonged about 46 years. Always good to us
Wanted to love it
Not a bank that’s conducive to running a business. Unable to transfer more than $3,000 to an external account. Constant calls to get things unblock. I’d keep looking.
Newcomers point of view
I just started with OneAZ and found their phone app very useful and easy to navigate.
Does not sync with iPhone Passwords app
Am I supposed to carry around little scraps of paper in my pocket with my user names and passwords?

This apps constantly breaks, it’s a perfect example of the service of the company who provides it.

User friendly easy to send receive money transfer to different accounts an great customer service.
Balance will fluctuate
In most categories this is an excellent, easy to use, visually appealing app. My one gripe (and it’s a big one) is that you often can’t trust the balance displayed. Routinely my balance will erroneously shoot up only to plummet to what it actually was hours later. If you don’t catch the discrepancy you may end up overdrawn. For this reason I am leaving this credit u ion, which is a shame because besides from this one glitch OneAZ is an absolutely amazing financial institution.

My app has so many issues… it’s really slow.. I’m always getting an error when loading my accounts.. supper frustrating!!!

Terrible zell/transfer
By far the worst app for Zelle or transferring externally I ran into every single possible wall just trying to get money from my account here to either my other bank or my friends account. Terrible.
Since 2000
I love OneAZ Credit Union! I joined while attending the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!) in 2000. I’ve only had Great Service! It’s absolutely true! When I’m in Arizona, I only do my banking with OneAZ Credit Union!
