I have enjoyed using the Hughes app. It’s been easy to manage my accounts. The layout is clean and user friendly. Credit Smart is extremely useful as well.

Bugs need fixing
Every so often the app will randomly forget my user name and password it’s frustrating idk if it’s because it updates or what but it’s very annoying

Suggestion for services and Security questions
I was locked out for no reason on the app. I last logged on about a month ago and I always was able to access with absolutely no hiccups or problems, but now I can’t this one time. I’ve given all my information to Hughes Customer Rep but they want the damn passcode after giving all my private info. NEED a better system than write and submit the letter. Costing time and money to access my account. Whoever’s in charge please remove the damn passcode to be verbally said and have your system send security codes in 2026.
Online banking
I have been using the HFCU app for online banking since 2021 when i first open my accountcocount, appreciating its convenience and accessibility. Hughes consistently updates the app, providing quality service and enhancing the member experience.
This app is garbage
I have adjusted my rating from two stars to one star. More often than not it crashes as soon as I attempt to review my accounts, make a transfer, or anything else this app is supposed to do.

Atrocious
This has to be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s completely non-user friendly and impossible to navigate. I’ve never had so much trouble just trying to make a loan payment. If you have options to re-fi your vehicle DO NOT do it here.

This app is just clunky and slow and truly feels like it’s from the 90s. Whoever is leaving 5 star reviews must be getting some kind of incentive to do so, because this is simply not user friendly or easy to navigate. Please fix this Hughes!!!!

Time Saver
I love the mobile app! I do 99% of my banking on here! Transferring money, sending Zelle and adding travel notes is so simple! The upgrade has made it user friendly to navigate and see my balances!

Update??
The website for Hughes says we need to download an update from the app store to regain full functionality, but there is no update available in the Apple Play Store even though the app description says a new version was released 4 days ago. Make this work for iPhone users or don't offer it at all! This is ridiculous!
