Safe and save time
Last update is bad
I no longer can see all of my accounts at once unless I click and view all accounts and that takes time to load and it is wasting my time. I do not like swiping between my accounts either because again it is wasting my time, please bring the old view back so I can see a snap shot of all my accounts as I log in. This new version is wasting a lot of my time. I used to like uccu app but I do not like it any more. Please make it time efficient again like it used to be.

Worst Update
Can only see the last 3 transactions. It doesn’t let you scroll down to see your latest transactions. Also, on your cc, make sure you always pay down to zero. This bank literally steals money from you btw. Happened to me and my brother.
Love the app but new layout makes me hate it
I actually love the app prior to the most recent update but now it’s super annoying to find what I’m looking for. I used to log in and have all the most important info already visible now I have to tap buttons several times to see what I want. I wish there was an easier way for me to report my feedback outside of a review but I honestly hate this new update enough to write a 2 star review. I hope they change things again for the better why do I have to tap like 3 buttons to see my savings goals when I used to tap 0. This is an objective downgrade in my opinion.

Hate hate hate the redesign
Why would you change the Home Screen from a place where I can see all of my accounts very easily to a menu where I have to flip through them one by one? Very inconvenient. The redesign is also clunky and kinda ugly. Don’t understand why we are making it take more time and effort to see basic banking information.

New cards for accounts
The new cards that makes it harder to see all my account totals is bad. Why did you make it so I can only see one at a time and have to swipe between them to check their balance. Bad design and bad update. Edit: It’s feedback like mine that got you to make your app significantly worse? Who did you talk to? I have serious doubts real users were asking for something so bad. “I wish it was harder to see my information quickly” is something you did not hear from users. You either are lying or must have greatly misunderstood the feedback you claim to have used. Weird take UCCU… just admit you made a bad judgement call and don’t blame your users for your bad choice.

New layout is bad
Why change something when it works? This new layout worse because you can’t see all accounts unless you check all account. But if you make a transfer and exit, you need to select all accounts again. Bad

New Update is Terrible
I’ve been using this app for years. Never had a problem. The new app is shockingly slow. The new tiles layout is unnecessary and looks messy. The whole app is inefficient compared to the old layout. I preferred to see all my accountants on the home page when the app is first opened. Please give us an option to bring the old layout and get rid of “tiles”.
