Lack of quick and easy payment information for loan and credit card. Such as balance and payment due. Other financial institutions have this information readily available and most track payments indicating “no payment due at this time” after payment is made. I have to look it up on the monthly statement. I feel this is inconvenient and not customer friendly,

App is average with other banking apps. Nothing jumps out as better than the current app world. Issues with logging out when updates come and download.

no option to pay credit card
literally to pay the credit card you have to transfer phones. This is ridiculous.
Love the improvements
I do love the looking feel of the app. But what is missing is how much interest has been paid on an account? That needs to be accessible easily.
Hate the ach cutoff times
The all is not terrible but it doesn’t give you a heads up about cutting times for external transfers into Cyprus accounts. As a result I’ve left my daughter stranded 2x because I don’t know there was a cutoff. Super annoying

Transactions do not list last of card numbers so you do not know which cardholder may have made the transaction; transactional details are sparse; often find the app hangs up and has a blank screen and I have to try again to get information
The app works
It works great. Easy to navigate versus other banking apps.
Laggy
Apps pretty laggy. Customer service how ever is top tier. Being able to send a message directly from the app is very convenient.
Design Getting Worse
Frustrating that with a change some months ago, there is more interactions required to see the account information I want, and less ability to configure account names and sorting.

This app is very helpful. It’s nice not to have to carry a check register. It’s also nice when disputes arise. I like the new layout. I like being able to pay my car payment, and credit card through the app. It’s nice transferring money without having to call or go to an ATM.
