Card shutdowns.
They will shutdown your card all the time no matter what you do. I got my card locked for buying a laptop screen online, because I “don’t normally shop there”. I went to Disneyland and bought drinks and nothing, I went to buy a backpack and waited in a 30 minute line only for them to deny it and shut my card down. Called my mother and wouldn’t talk to her. So I called and they told me their call center was closed. They eventually turned it on over an hour later. Cheap.

It’s fine. It works and there is good support when needed especially when fraud is such a problem

Transferring is always glitching
Every time I go to transfer money from one account to another, when I click down to choose the to and from account it always gives me a blank. Only works sometimes. Majority of the time when it’s needed it doesn’t work and it’s been really frustrating

Transfer money page not functional
The transfer money page continues to have glitches like every credit union that uses this software where one cannot see any accounts on the transfer money page. Users have to log out and try 5 times before you get lucky and the accounts show up on the drop down. I’m using the newest Apple phone with app updated.

Easy to use app for banking.
Recurring loan payments process = bad
Finding and setting up recurring loan payments is a pretty bad process. If you do manage to have success, you can’t modify or update the existing loan payment, you have to cancel and go through the whole painful process all over again…

Poor accessibility
This app needs to be reworked and made more user friendly. I like the benefits Canyon View offers, however it is such a pain trying to find your account number all in one place. Automatic payments are also made needlessly hard when comparing to Wells Fargo and their app. Please, I want to transition to this credit union, but not if I’m gonna be charged late fees for something that could’ve been on an automatic payment.
I’d like to have the decimal
The app has everything I need but putting in the decimal. It’s just odd to type in a dollar amount and not type the decimal. It throws the entire rhythm off. Other than that it’s a great app.
Needs work
No change from my first review. Hokey and not user friendly. Website is the same. I like the CU but their tools need work.

It was a great app but, for my son he had some blocked websites so it wouldn’t load for him.

not the worst but not the best
Logged in the other day and no transactions for two weeks! Perhaps they got stuck over in the old name, what's the new one now - supposed to reflect something about credit unions and living in Salt Lake? Can't remember… Update: it’s still just not very intuitive. Anything new takes an inordinate amount of time to figure out just should not be this hard. Thanks
Why did you change it?
I do not like how it’s changed. I do not like how the debits and credit show up in my checking, etc, accounts they used to show up clearly. NOW they don’t show up so great, I like more of a distinct printing, or look between them, Yes I understand how it works And yes, I understand which ones are the debits and which ones are the credits… but I liked the other way before you changed it better ! I just don’t care for any of the changes really that you’ve made in the app. I feel like somebody has bought out or taken over university Credit Union because of all the big changes. I’m not happy with that either. You asked, I told you.
Exceptional
I’ve banked with canyon view since I was 13. I have had a care loan, and a mortgage financed by them and I am always overjoyed by their service, their kindness, and how well they treat people.
Garbage
The app seems to work when it wants to I’ll log on to see my balance and it’s stuck on loading 10 15 minutes later still does the same thing I close out completely go back in and it does the same thing other times it works fine
Missing features
While the interface has a nice, clean look, this is not as functional as the old app. Not having the ability to add notes to a transaction, especially the visa, is a pain in the neck. The old app had this, and I miss it greatly.

Great place to do your banking. The app is terrible. This morning, I opened it up and it won’t show any of my accounts! You have to reload so many pages. Each version of the app is worse
