BAD GUY NAMED EHAB
Hello there, to everyone who is reading. There is someone named Ehab, he is a liar because he told me that u can Acces the lounge with my card and my father with his supplementary card, then I asked him what about my mother? He told me she can take my father's card but that's not true because she tried and she was walking in the airport for more than one lounge. Also, Ehab was calling me daily 4 5 times and I was busy as I had to answer and he was asking for papers and needed documents. When I want to talk to him and ask him about what happened with my mother so he was avoiding my calls for a week. by the way, when you are late paying the bill they will charge you, So you have to think about it a lot.

Excellent app and easy to use. I went through it to apply for a supplementary card for my son, it only took 2 minutes, and within 10 days the card arrived by Aramex👍.
App not loading
It’s been 2 weeks, I cannot use the app as it’s not showing anything, just a blank page. Kindly fix ASAP.

⚠️ انصح الجميع بعدم اقتناءها ولا حتى تجربتها. بطاقة وسياسة فاشلة؛ يأخذون ٣٠ دولار شهرياً فوائد على قيمة القسط الواحد. عند استخراجها يقول الموظف ليس هناك أي رسوم اضافية ولا فوائد ابداً ماعدا قيمة سعر الصرف وبالأخير يخصمون مني ١٠ الى ١٥ دينار كويتي شهرياً الى ان يتم سداد كامل الاقساط. اعتبرها خدعة ولا تستحق الاحترام. I advise everyone not to get it or even try it. foolish card and policy; They charge $30 per month in interest on the value of one installment. When getting it, the employee says that there are no additional fees and no interest at all, except for the value of the USD exchange rate, and in the end, 10 to 15 Kuwaiti dinars ($30-$45) are deducted from me per month until the full installments are paid. Consider it a hoax and not worthy of respect.
