The vpn is good and mostly recommend for users such as outside on a not secure network and it will portect you devices
Restore purchase crashes app
Caught in a continual loop of downloading the app and attempting to restore purchase and the app crashes. Paid for pro + unlimited vpn. Cannot contact avira either as they have no chat system. When attempting to contact them their website also keeps you caught in a continual loop or going back to main help page. Extremely poor.

VPN refuses to work on mobile. No option to choose location and it won’t turn on. Please fix this issue.

Ít tính năng, ko quét được virus trên điện thoại mà chủ yếu là mở VPN ảo, quét mật khẩu rò rỉ. Cái bực mình là mình đã đăng kí gói Pro rồi mà giao diện cứ hiện lên đăng gói Premium chắn hết cả màn hình. Nếu muốn người ta đăng kí gói cao cấp hơn thì app nên nâng cấp chứ ko phải cứ hiện cái hình to như vậy để gây áp lực làm người ta đăng kí. Rất phiền.

I had the free version for ages. Once I paid I can’t login. Can’t get vpn or web protection working. No way to even contact anyone. Paid for nothing. The app just stalls when trying to login or do anything

Avira isn’t actually that bad, I downloaded a pirated version of COD, nearly got trojaned (I hate myself now I nearly got my pc infected with that stuff) but Avira helped a bit so yeah totally reliable (I think)
The App Doesn’t Work
I’ve paid for Avira multi-device but the app still says I’m on the free version and tries to sell me Avira Prime. When I try to restore purchases it just spins. I can’t log in to my account either, the app just spins and freezes. I’m not impressed with the iPhone app. I like Avira on my PC.
I am stuck without being able to access the product that I have already paid
I was unable to register my account within 5 days because my Apple ID was pointing to an old email. I updated my Apple email but I missed this 5 days deadline that was not explicit. Now I am not able to access the features that I paid for and I am also not able to contact support, because my account was not registered. I regret that I bought this product because I am unable to use it and to access the support.

Bei kauf wiederherstellen und Aktivem Abo funktioniert das verbinen nicht. Log in i. app Möglich wurde mehrmalig deinstaliert und wieder Instaliert. abzocke das +vpn abo.

I’ve knocked a star off because I’ve logged in on my iPhone, but when trying to do so on my iPad I just get the spinning wheel in the middle?? All of my devices need to be secure or the App is useless. UPDATE. VPN KEEPS CUTTING OFF? A refund please?UPDATE!! I’m still unable to add my iPad? Customer support is merely a list of FAQ,s 🥵 come on Avira you can do better than this?!?!

Avira not only protects, it comes with a boxful of tools to tidy up your ipad. Its a bargain and starts paying you back from day 1.
Abysmal service
Avoid at all costs. The amount for annual renewal was debited from my account with absolutely no notification and no opportunity to make any change or stop the payment from being taken. A totally underhand and unacceptable way of managing customer accounts. Needless to say I have terminated my account with immediate effect.

Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento IOS non si riesce più ad attivare la VPN di Avira. Macina la rotella sia dalle impostazioni che dalla app. Spero in una risoluzione da parte degli sviluppatori, perché in sé la app sarebbe molto valida.

Have subscription Pro version. iPhone 12 Pro latest iOS and Avira app. 1. Web protection only works on Safari, not other browsers. Bad functionality. 2. VPN Pro- cannot choose country, only frozen option is nearest location. 3. VPN Pro- sometimes frozen in connected position cannot stop it anymore. Requires full switch off of Phone.
