Ils sont peut être très bien techniquement. Par contre le désabonnement c’est l’enfer. Ils font tout pour piquer l’abonnement annuel une dernière fois ! Il faut bloquer la CB pour échapper au prélèvement d’un abonnement pourront marqué comme sans renouvellement automatique ! Escrocs !

Quando scarichi l’app. Ti viene detto gratuita, invece non puoi fare nulla, una volta scaricata, registrato un account ti viene”scritto prova gratuita per 7 giorni “, ok pensi proviamo intanto prima di spendere 150€ , ho provato a mettere i dati per fare una pulizia, o comunque sia sapere se erano in pericolo i miei dati (premettendo che il mio smartphone è noto per non aver bisogno di queste applicazioni però non si sa mai! Comunque non sono riuscito a fare nulla, addirittura dice che il mio telefono è in Olanda. Poi dice facciamo una scansione dei pericoli principali prima di farla era “per dire 50”una volta eseguita 3 volte invece che aumentare e diminuita a “40” non saprei, scansione finita ti chiede subito di abbonarti e non ti fa fare più pulizia o altro, questa la mia esperienza in merito. Grazie per avermi fatto perdere tempo.

J’aimerai que ces logiciels de protection fasse totalement leur travail. À savoir détecter les objets (sites, mails, messages, etc) posant problème, et les éliminer d’office, tout en informant le titulaire du compte visé.

Certains messages d'information et les guides de configuration sont uniquement en Anglais, c'est un énorme problème pour moi !! Cela m'empêche de sécuriser correctement mon téléphone et mes données alors qu'il s'agit d'un logiciel payant. Ce qui est totalement contraire aux règles du commerce international !! Chez Malwarebytes j'ai réalisé plusieurs achats d'options consécutives, mais en fait, faute d'interlocuteur français je me demande si je n'ai pas acheté en double et si je suis correctement protégé ? J'aimerais avoir un état précis de mon niveau de protection et d'achat chez Malwarebytes... Remarque complémentaire : le logiciel CYRUS est aussi en Anglais et sans traduction 😡 Merci de votre réponse Cordialement. D.Chaigneau.

Est ce normal que au début ils me propose le premiom mais qui je peux pas m’en sortir…
Bonne application, mais chère.
Outre la bonne fiabilité et l’excellente simplicité de manœuvrage de l’application, les extensions deviennent quand-même très onéreuses pour les budgets moyens, et s’avèrent malgré cela indispensables pourune encadrure sécuritaire devenue indispensable. C’est contraignant, d’autant plus que les factures sont exigées payable à l’année, laissant apparaître des sommes astronomiques.

Gros problèmes sur les abonnement
Surtout ne changez pas d'abonnement en cours. Par exemple de Standard à Plus. A partir de là, tout part en vrille. Et le service de maintenance est incapable de vous dépanner.
Non adapté sur Google chrome
L’application est seulement faite pour les utilisateurs de “Safari” et ne fonctionne pas sur Google chrome, j’ai pourtant l’extension sur le pc qui fonctionne très bien.
