Reimburse my purse
After paying for over a year and never able to get care support without calendar and sms protection from scam it was deleted and subscription stopped Suspicious to delete an app an have it show up again my subscription was a rip off never resolved calendar an sms protections never helped but I wonder also why bit defender reports itself to its own domain under countless other Bitdefender combinations. A Domain of same name which says “the frequency of domain reporting could indicate compiling of a profile!” Would that be a trustworthy thing from a security app you pay monthly for? An I plus many others got scammed by a reporting site recently who contacted yr domain.
Newest version 7.8.7 fixed the wifi flaw
The newest update has corrected the “You’re not on WiFi flaw that was present in 7.8.6. Thanks for your prompt attention to correcting that problem!

My bitdefender on my iPad and my iPhone, but always have trouble on my PC with it??? PC shows subscription has expired yet scans fine on iPad and iPhone.

Got a new iPhone and I can’t seem to cancel old iPhone service to get it working on my new iPhone!!!
Good but not to my expectations
Overall, Bitdefender works well, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially on iPhone. * When Bitdefender WireGuard VPN is enabled, my internet connection often stops working, and apps that require internet access also fail to function. * When the Bitdefender VPN is turned on, Mobile Security appears to stop working properly, and internet browsing is no longer monitored. * At times, an unknown app seems to disable or override the Bitdefender VPN without my knowledge, leaving the device unprotected. * Apps such as Instagram continue running in the background, accessing location services and transferring data, which contributes to excessive battery drain. Bitdefender does not appear to detect or alert me to this activity. * Potentially malicious files received through apps such as WhatsApp are not detected. I would like Bitdefender to provide better scanning of downloaded files and attachments where iOS permissions allow. * Some apps may access the camera, GPS, or continuously transmit location data in the background. Bitdefender should detect unusual behaviour and notify users of suspicious activity. * Whenever I notice sudden device heating or abnormal battery drain, I often have to reset my network and mobile settings to restore normal operation. It would be helpful if Bitdefender could automatically monitor for abnormal background activity, especially unexpected data transfers during the night, and alert the user. * On iPhone, I cannot configure scanning or monitoring for Calendar, SMS, or WhatsApp messages. While I understand this may be due to iOS limitations, I would appreciate any additional protection that is technically possible. * It would also be useful if Bitdefender displayed a persistent on-screen status or notification showing that protection is active. This would reassure users that the security features are running correctly.

Scan says that I am not connected to WiFi but I am. Problem with update
AOL mail and my alternate VPN issues
There does not seem to be a way to turn off error messages that my device Needs Attention because I have not installed Bitdefender VPN. I have my own VPN. And the email protection does not include AOL mail.
The best possible
I know when you think of personal information or you think of different accounts with their credit cards or bank account doesn’t matter with Bitdefender. You don’t have to worry that’s the key. You don’t have to worry.
Inferior than Norton for mobile iOS protection
Web scanning has to be turned on everyday. It is not proactive. Not doing a good job with AI.

Overall good but not everything is working right
I have been with Bitdefender now over a year and overall the security has been good. My concern is with their customer service. I am having a problem with the spam protection on my mobile as it isn’t working. I reported it over a week ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. After I sent a few emails they eventually came back and told me they are dealing with it, but they haven’t kept me updated even though I have asked them to. I don’t know what the problem is because they won’t tell me. Needless to say, I’m not happy as I’m paying for this service and not getting it.
Why 2 star?
To be completely honest with you I wish I had known before I had purchased the service that iPhone is very unfriendly to VPN. For starters, you can’t have on web protection and location concealment on at the same time because iPhone doesn’t allow it. When I’m running, Webb protection, it throws me into those verification screens that makes you select four pictures that have crosswalks in them. Or other verifications just like it. When I run locations protection to conceal my IP address location then my phone loads extremely slow if at all. So honestly, I’d have to say I keep the VPN on one percent of the time and at this point it seems like a waste of money. 0%-1% is more accurate.
So many bugs
And so often… It will say I’m not connected to WiFi when I am or won’t record and report data as it is supposed to do. And if you submit a ticket, you may hear back months later that they’re still working on it.

Technical Support very poor
I had this service for 9 days, I purchased the family ultimate plan. The issue was I could not add anyone to my identity protection, the system would show an error every time. I did everything suggested by the TS team and have waited for a fix. During this time my wife is not protected. I asked for a supervisor and was told none are available and just canceled my service. Will be going back to Norton.
Good but changed recently
Always a great product but they have changed something for the worse. The vpn doesn’t start automatically like it used to. And now there are annoying popups asking if I really want my vpn to still be on after an hour. Of course I do! Stop asking, it needs to be at all times!
Too expensive just for my phone when I already pay for Bitdefender and when I added mobile security
I get a better deal through Verizon and they offer more things like unlimited VPN and whole dark wave monitoring and other things

Upgrade Issue
I purchased the mobile security upgrade. The app continues to say free version even when I attempt to restore purchase. Followed all the instructions in AI chat and still not upgraded. After purchasing the upgrade in App Store. App still not working and apple refuses to refund for the faulty app.
Need improvement
Coming from 360.Annoying part is web protection and vPN doesn’t kick in automatically. Already upset within 2 days
Why is this called security if my browsing protection is off almost half the time
After canceling my previous web protection I did a lot of research and liked what this app had to offer. I honestly scan my phone multiple times a day because around 40% of the time my browsing protection is red (off). Why is that? I don’t go to “questionable” sites. I have changed quite a few passwords here recently. I even scanned right now just to see if I was protected even though I didn’t need to do anything else. A lot of time when my browsing protection isn’t connected, I have to turn on a VPN just to get it to connect. Am I really safe using this app? Concerned customer
Good product
I find bitdefender does a good job of blocking threats. My only downside is I have to turn web security off or my phone battery runs down within a couple of hours.
Need the report
How do I pull the report of my phone after being scanned I also have the links I think was used to get access.
No wifi
Since installing this my phone refuses to default to wifi for web browsing even when I have no or low cell signal. I have to reload the page several times to get the phone to switch. I can find no setting to fix this and its pissing me off.

Did not keep out message
A box appeared on my iPhone when I went to access Amazon. It wanted me to call them about a questionable charge. I gave out some information before deciding it was a scam. I told them my name, address, telephone numbers and that I lived alone. I called Amazon who told me the text was not from them. Today I received a text message asking me to call. This has shaken my confidence with bitdefender. I had run bitdefender and it did not identify any threat.
Decent app with one big headache
It does what it says it’ll do. My only frustration is it’ll mark a red ‘x’ beside protected browsing when you’re connected to a VPN, even the in-app bit defender vpn. The only way to get the red ‘x’ to go away is to connect to web protection/safe browsing which disconnects the VPN connection. You can’t use the web protection and vpn, even the in-app vpn, at the same time. My vpn already has malware and advertising filters and is log free, so it’s safe. I’d reckon safer than just the bit defender web protection as that doesn’t hide my web traffic from the ISP. My proposal is have the green checkmark beside protected browsing when ANY vpn is detected. Assume it’s safe versus now which is a false detection. I shouldn’t have to make my browsing less secure to pass the safety scan.

Some sort of glitch in it turning off. Don’t know why? Hopefully I can get reimbursed for this error?? Heard good things about it, thought I’d try it. Hopefully someone can help me fix this and get some of my money back?

Great security for Mac and mobile so far. Only suggestion is to have the option to set regular scheduled scans of devices.
Keeps closing
The web protection keeps turning off even when the VIN is not on. I have reported it pop but there has been no resolution to the problem.

I bought a year license during a flash sale and for the most part, my phone has been fine. I use it on my PC and almost daily it is catching random downloads and malware that aren’t being prompted with clicks.

On iOS Bitdefender doesn’t do anything but check your device settings, it’s a total waste of time, space, and if you’re paying for the services it’s a waste of money as well.

I like the product on my phone. I think it works very well and comes at a good price. The only issue is that the main website does not show a change or cancel subscription option, like the help information says it should.
App on iOS does not work well since last update
Since last update in march 2026, your app does not display well on my iPad, even if i click on other tabs, it stays under « Tableau de bord », please correct asap.
