Only 1 problem
Personal VPN won’t stay turned on after. Always have to go back in and reactivate it.
Huge battery drain
In two days Norton drained 15% of my battery with absolutely nothing else running.
App giving alert for nothing
Was great! Past week always says an alert but when open is silly things that don’t need an alert and they won’t clear!!! Stop alerting me to things that are low priority
Helena’s Review
I Truly Appreciate the Norton 360 Protection which enables me to feel confident that my Messages remain protected!!!! MANY THANKS NORTON!!!!
Downgraded to make you buy upgraded plan
So the only thing I’ve noticed is the pay more get more upgrade wow what an improvement!🤔
Bad app update
I have to login each time I open the app after the last app update. Please fix this annoying glitch asap !! Thanks !! Problem solved
Norton VPN still Not working
VPN not working at all now 21/8/26. Always messages “something went wrong”. Deleted VPN numerous times … same message. Not worked since new Apple iOS. Feedback box in iOS app not working - unable to type or star rate - intentional ? Stop sending subscription renewals on desktop 2 months in advance - very annoying !!!
Activation limit exceeded
I have had this subscription for years and for the last 4 weeks I cannot get it back on my phone. I think someone is using a robot to keep me out. Can you help me? This happened one other time last year. I’ve even changed my password several times. Please help get the crook off my Norton. I really like this antivirus.
Really protective
It runs smart scans and it provides excellent protection from threats
Horrible
Will no longer allow my daughter to play videos on her iPad. She basically can not do anything with her iPad and we are going to have to buy a new device which we can’t afford.
Notificação de assinatura expirada
Minha assinatura vence somente em janeiro de 2027, porem fico recebendo notificação de que a assinatura expirou.
Updates for mobiles
Takes forever to update.
VPN does not work.
VPN used to be automatic. Just noticed recently that I’ve been off VPN and no matter how many times I try, I cannot get onto VPN.
Safe
Like they say, better safe than sorry every time
Can’t Download
I have 2 devices protected but when I try to add 3 more the software wants to charge me another fee that I originally paid. When my subscription expires I will not renew. Too much trouble with Norton.
To expensive
Live on fixed income need something ppl with less income could protect there iPads with
Not working
Since I paid for this service, I have gotten 1000s of spam emails. So many, I can no longer block. What the purpose of this? Just to give you money???? Unhappy
Still buggy
Says I am secured via VPN, but I never turned it on and did not connect (checked when you open up the settings for VPN). Checked in the settings and the VPN is not on also. Says I have an alert with red notification with no alert.
VPN
I am safe..
Safe browsing is safe because you can’t get to the web
The safe web setting basically cripples my browser. DuckDuckGo won’t function., I can’t access AP News, Google News, or the Drudge Report. Instead of spending the money for a subscription, I may as well just turn off my Wi-Fi setting.
Good
Good
Not working
I’ve had nothing but problems since the recent upgrade. I’m done.
Buggy
It’s good and all has good features for expensive plans but I notice it can be very buggy sometimes the menu options disappear for days and randomly come back it’s really annoying
Safe Email
Have not been able to load Safe email option since last update. The system will not accept my email accounts. All was fine before latest update. Please advise..thanks
Bought for security against hacker
Completely useless. I ran the security screening and it said everything was clear. The hacker asked me, on my hacked device, whether I wanted him to buy me the more expensive version Norton offers. It was completely useless to me the whole year I had it. It gave me some issues using safe features on my phone, so I had to stop using it altogether within a month or two.

App is Cranky
Keeps making me sign in every time I open the app, and there is no way to contact an actual person. I will not renew my subscription when the time comes.
What happened since last update on July 26
I am very concerned that I am unable to log on to my account since the last update. And it asks me to add a license when I login from pc, it says device is protected. The chat box doesn’t answer my questions. I’m hoping to find a real person to explain and figure this out.
Protection
This is a good app for protecting all your devices I’ve never had a problem with this app.
Time to find another provider!
I’ve used this app for 4 years and I am through with Nortons. Too many glitches, difficult to navigate, constantly trying to sell additional products, some that are built in to my OS. The VPN is unreliable and will completely block internet access for no apparent reason. And devices that are protected mysteriously loose protection without notice. And lastly is the high battery drain.
Don’t
Don’t do this, unless you intend to keep it because you cannot cancel it
updates
Still when I do the updates it doesn’t update,I have to restart phone /ipad to get it to update.
Long term user
I have been protected for many years by various guises of Norton, very happy user.
App auto signs you out
It’s so hard to log back in! The app tells me it will reload after I log back in but it just kicks me back to the sign in page! I’m paying monthly for this?
Support Option Broken
When I needed support for a financial problem, the support button was broken on the app, and the website page does not load. That does not look good on Norton
Safe emails do not work
I get a number of malicious email and phishing email. Most are not pickup by Safe Email. Also it keeps saying renew email.
DOES WHAT IT SAYS
Helped me realise my apple account had been compromised and my social media accounts
VPN not connecting
The software keeps saying something went wrong. Especially during transfer from cell data only to WiFi only. No problem last version. Last version vpn stay ON. In which it should.
So far satisfactory

VPN
The Norton VPN interferes with my WiFi connection. My husband sitting next to me has no problems because he doesn’t use it. My connection, freezes, drops it, or takes a very long time to load web pages. I’m discontinuing the VPN.
Could do better
I idea is good but it makes downloads run slower, also VPN is even worse on an unprotected internet connection.
Norton 360
Excellent
Not what was promised!!
I’ve invested quite a few hundred dollars in this antivirus app. I’ve been having problems and still do. Every time I call it’s like a crisis center…” Everything is going to be all right”… I need that which was promised and help me keep hackers away!!
E
Difficult to follow instructions and find specific information required
connecting and reconnecting VPN
The past two updates have really been an issue. The VPN keeps reconnecting and showing my location after the past to updates. And I’m not changing network someone the same network in my home and it keeps flipping you can see the top scroll bar showing and connect reconnect connect reconnect over and over again and it’s slowing down my phones connection. just an update after Norton replied to me. Airplane mode is always off so do not need to toggle it off. That was a redundant suggestion. as for the other setting, There is no need to for me them because they are as they have been for years and I am not updating them just to appease whatever update you screwed up
To long to acknowledge
It takes to long for all devices to be acknowledged and to much messing around with constantly having to sign in for different parts of 360.
