My bank is liv by emirates nbd everytime i start to link my bank account to huru ans is no I can’t so please resolve this issue so that more users use your services or add debit card feature like other apps.

Very disappointing banking experience. They advertise a zero-balance account, but they charge AED 2.10 on almost every transaction. The app is slow, transactions are unreliable, customer service is poor, and the account has limited compatibility with digital wallets. I regret opening this account and would not recommend it to anyone.

Giving best rates. Waiting for Card transfer facility till now only net banking allowed. LIV bank also not avoid till date.

Huru is a fraud
I have been using huru since almost 2-3 years, I have faced transactions delays several times, now it’s even worsening I have made a transaction on may 5th & the transaction got failed on may 7th and I still didn’t received my money back, it’s June 04th 2026 today, still no response from Huru, I only lost my mobile balance calling them & also lost mind and wasted my time on following up with Huru, but end up with no response & mental health issues & financial hardship. My suggestion to anyone who is transferring your hard earned money via Huru, think 1000 times, your money isn’t safe & also there is no one available to assist you on this matter, I have officially sent an enquiry to sanadak uae and next week I’ll start legally, please guys think about it even before installing the application. Thank you.

Huru is excellent app and quick to transfer, Customer service is excellent, prompt response and resolved Query immediately. Thanks for your service. I loved it, this app made money transfer to India so easy.
Worst customer support ever
Very disappointing experience with Huru. I transferred money to my friend’s Easypaisa account in Pakistan, but unfortunately one digit of the mobile number was entered incorrectly. It has now been more than 32 hours, and I have not received any proper assistance from customer support. The support team keeps sending the same copy-paste responses instead of actually helping resolve the issue. Email support is also very slow and unhelpful. For a money transfer service, customer support should be much more responsive when dealing with transaction problems. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Huru. I have had a much better experience with e& money, which provides faster service and better customer support. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. 👎

Usually I send through exchange house so when I saw EH partners on this app I gave it a try and it was indeed fast. Money was credited in my India account within 2-3 minutes.
They charge for every International Transfer (5AED)
Truly when they started Huru application They Money transferred with a Zero Charges . For now When they got more users then started to take Extra Charges For the Transfers Which is not acceptable. Slowly slowly they are foolish us
