Bad service
Do not use this exchange. I have been waiting two weeks for a refund on a failed transaction. Customer service is useless. They keep telling me the refund is coming, but they offer no real help and no resolution. Two weeks of delay and zero assistance is a complete failure of service. I am never using this exchange again.

Not reliable Service and App
The app is extremely buggy it constantly crashes under heavy load and often has cache issues. The IT department is unresponsive and very difficult to reach. I spent hours trying to contact them, but no one answered. Even the main 600 number went unanswered for a long time, it felt completely abandoned. When I finally reached someone on a different customer service number on their website, they redirected me back to the IT department, starting the whole process over again. There seems to be no accountability at all. Transaction I made is showing as “sent” but the beneficiary bank has not received the funds for the past three days. This has been my worst experience so far, and I will never use this exchange again.

this was so helpful ,but i dont like how they deducting all the time im sending money to my family , deducted already from my account and when my family received have deduct also ..and no response if you send email .easy to deduct but hard to response ..iask also about this issue on their whatsapp but not helpful .its very hard for me about this because i work hard about this money and im sending it to my family then im expecting they will receive what exact amount what i send but NO !this is twice already and its giving me an expected not good result !
