The cash value number on the app and website is always different! The numbers on the app and website are different! How is that possible it’s the same account! How I am supposed to invest when I know I put 500£ in but can’t invest them right now cuz on the website it says I have 10£ in cash ! I want to invest now !!! Not in 2 days when the system updates and my value becomes 510£! The transactions take forever ! You can’t even see the real numbers like in trading 212! Here they just give you an approximate. For a company of its size with it’s reputation the UK app is shocking !!! So many people out there don’t have work ! Hire someone who actually knows what’s he doing ! This is not worth 50£ a year !!!!! Your customer service is not good too ! People don’t know what they are talking about and can’t help you with anything! I will move my entire portfolio! There are too many alternatives on the market. You are not the only one !

Has improved since its initial version
Disappointing
So glitchy when trying to complete transactions. Has worked maybe once or twice in the last 5 transactions I tried to complete. This month I have tried about 10 times to add cash/ invest using my card and the request had either timed out or just doesn’t get processed. I have therefore had to do it on my laptop- so at the moment there is no real use of this app other than seeing the value of your investment- please fix this.

£50 a year for rubbish
It can take more than 2 days to withdraw balances and what feels like forever to invest your money. The cash in the ISA does not automatically earn interest, compared to other apps. Faster payments and instant cash isn’t available either to see updated balances quickly. Portfolio growth also gives you a generic figure rather than being able to see exactly how your investments perform. Very basic app and remember you’re nearly paying £50 a year so it’s not free! Recommend other investment apps first before this
Easy to use app
I’ve been using the app for sometime now and find it very easy to navigate to where I want to get to.
Not very intuitive
Recently signed up to Vanguard and opened an ISA shares account. No problem. Then i get an email telling me i have messages to view. How. Where. Certainly nowhere in the app thats for sure. Even tried the ‘bot’ for help. It didn’t even understand the question “where can i find my messages.” Not a very good start….
Ui issue on ipad
Unable to login on my ipad due to a ui bug blocking me from typing my username and password

Dreadful
13/09/26 I’ve had a reply asking for a photo of the error page. I’ve no idea why as I told them it just says “not found”. In any case they’ve not replied so what was the point? 10/09/26 Still not resolved. Do yourselves a favour and invest elsewhere. I’ve been with this company for five months and have never been able to access the app. It shows two blank boxes at the login stage but doesn’t say what they are ie email, password, username etc. I’ve tried every combination to no avail. I can access the website though. Trying to contact them is a waste of time. The chat box is a joke and just flashes for ages when you press send. They say the app is a work in progress. What an understatement.

Sign in issues still
Have used this app for some time now and it is helpful for quick viewing of my SIPP performance. I elected to use facial ID for the app and everytime I log in this doesn’t work and reverts to logging in via my my iPhone browser, no idea what the issue is all my other banking apps work fine with facial ID please see if can be fixed.
Great App!
I was a little suprised by all the negative reviews so I thought I’d write a review. In short, I love this app! It does everything I personally need it to do, and although it seems a work in progress given it’s long awaited launch last year - I can see that they are introducing new features with every update. I’ve enabled biometrics - basic expectation of an app - and have had no log-in issues.

Update - I still can’t access the app whilst the fingerprint has lost, the keyboard isn’t offered on the iPad version. My finger print wasn’t registering so it reverted to log in - and got completely stuck again. The app lost fingerprint access a few days ago and now it’s unusable as the log in details don’t offer a keyboard so I can’t log in… something has gone awry!
Invest in multiple funds?
How do you invest in multiple funds in 1 transaction on the app? The browser view lets you do it but the app doesn’t, frustrating!
Very limited
The app opens really quickly with face ID but it’s really limited. It’s basically just for checking your portfolio balance and not much else.
Would love a Read-Only mode
I’ve uninstalled the App as I don’t like the risk of my phone being stolen and someone being able to empty my account. Please add a read-only or locked mode for the App as then I would feel more comfortable having it installed on my phone. PS I know 2FA, codes, biometrics and other security features, but they can all be bypassed, whereas a read-only mode that can only be changed via the Web or over the phone would feel safer.
Worst platform for ISA account
Never ever use this app for investment their fees are astonishing and their service is pathetic. There are many free apps like tradingtwoonetwo. Save your money. They are quick to take money and take 4/5 days when you want to withdraw. If you insist for something that is yours they simply says we can do anything.
High cost platform
No longer a low cost option for smaller investors. Fee price hike very disappointing
Lag
Generally, I like the app. Pretty straightforward. However for the last 2 months I’ve been trying to invest and the app always times out after entering payment details (that’s how long it lags). Which makes me wonder if should just transfer what funds are there to another app.
Perfect simplicity
Does all I need it to do and quick/simple. Perfection!
Can’t use it now
Disappointed as by app no longer works and I can’t upgrade as my phone doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. Not sure - beyond security concerns that don’t seem to worry other apps, including my banking apps - why companies do this. Far easier for me to switch my money to ii, T212 or another alternative than to spend hundreds on a new device I don’t need and don’t want.
“Something went wrong”
If I had a £ for every time I saw the screen that says “something went wrong” and then need to manually log in, and re-enable biometrics, the annual fee would be paid for… Considering uninstalling the app because if I have to re-log in every single time then I may as well just use the website…
Spot on. But missing messages.
App is great. Fantastic job devs! Biggest bugbear however is needing to use web version for secure messages. Adds a bunch of extra wasted steps for day to day tasks. Implement messaging in an app and it’s a clear 5 stars from me :)
Worst app
I tried to add a full tax year ISA amount in one go and it kept breaking. I went to a competitor and added funds and purchased within about 3 mins. Thoroughly useless product.
Not sure of the point
It's fine as an easy reference to your portfolio's value, but you can't do any actual investing or account management if you invest in ETFs. Basically a 'read only' view. Perhaps more is coming?
Unusable on iPad
Please fix the app for iPad. When prompted to enter verification code, app does not display the keyboard making it impossible to enter the code and login. Thanks

Can’t view my portfolio as a whole, I can only see each account individually. Even when I click into each account, it doesn’t adjust my rate of return according to the time chart I’m looking at. Bit futile really.

Not quite better than using safari
As per the title, I’d been looking forward to this app for so long but the fact I cannot easily add my card details makes it a chore. Whereas, using the website on safari I can easily use Face ID to add my card details. It means the app is only good for browsing rather than actually making purchases.
