Basics - sort off
Continues to just about / barely / of a fashion provide the most basic feature set imaginable. Somebody give this dev team some budget pls.
Bad app
I’ve just removed the app from my phone for the second time to reinstall it. It’s telling me there is no Internet connection, but I have Wi-Fi and data and this is not the first time this has happened. It doesn’t remember your details for very Low, going through the absolute torturous addition of all the details they want they all have to come from different places just makes this app awful.
Very basic
App is ok but it is ridiculously basic. Please add the ability to withdraw premium bonds from the app rather than having to go to the website.
Doesn’t work
Haven’t been able to log in for a month, so it’s useless.
Can’t login
Not possible to use as the virtual keyboard overwrites the phone 2FA continue button and you can’t scroll down past it. Could be as I use a password store for my authentic details.
Can’t withdraw easily
Can’t with Dre form the app so annoying when only have a phone yo do transactions surely it’s time to update this app
Please make 2 changes
The app is basic and would be much better if you could: 1) view messages on the app, I can’t login to the website on any browser on my phone and get stuck in a never-ending 2FA loop before being kicked back to the login page. Please add the function to view messages on the app 2) improve the payment process so you can complete pay by bank or pay by card, rather than having to copy and paste details across to another app All of my banking apps have both of the above, so couldn’t be hard to bring in…
Has never worked
The app is simple to set up but has never worked for me. Once I’ve logged in I always get a ‘Something went wrong’ error saying there’s a ‘technical issue’. I can’t see my accounts so it’s effectively useless.
Needs modernising
Where’s the option to cash out in the app? Instead users are forced to go to the website, then on a phone call to enter a code, which is cumbersome. The app should offer the same functionality, features and services as the website. No doubt the app has too many managers and processes that make pushing out app features a 6-month+ task.
App not working
App simply won’t even reach the login page without an error message. Please fix the app!!
App should be removed from iStore
This application no longer allows you to login. It asks you to confirm the number to call you upon , and then goes into an error mode. Seems I’m not alone with this error.

Bring on the waste of time cut and paste reply from the dev.
Can’t log in
Unable to log in for over a year this is ridiculous. Tried their customer service but they couldn’t help either.
App has been broken for months
“Something went wrong” error message after logging in for months now. It says there’s a technical issue and to try again later, but always the same. I can see many other users have reported this issue already so why aren’t they fixing it?! Why do all the responses to these reviews say to email or call them rather than acknowledging the issue and resolving to fix it? It’s unbelievable that the app has been broken for this long without this being addressed
I can’t sign in at all
I get to the page where I need to request a 6-digit pin to my phone number and the continue/add phone number buttons just disappear as soon as the page loads. There’s no way to select my number and proceed. Complete failure of app development.
