Pain in the *$$ to log in to
I am considering migrating my ISA to another platform because it is the only App i have which forces me to go through 3-4 layers of verification despite having full biometrics, using the same app through the same number from the same device, through the same router, in my home. When abroad, where i spend half my time, it proves practically impossible just to view my portfolio, let alone transact.
Useful but you still need a computer
If you want more detail- such as investment history in funds

Great value
Interactive offers a low cost platform that’s quite easy to use. So far, I can’t see what’s not to like
Continues to be clunky and has pricing issues everyday
I’ve used the platform for 20 months. I’ve not used anything else, so cannot compare. At around 4:30pm everyday it values my portfolio up massively, but when you look into each share they of course aren’t trading at the value given, it’s lower. Very frustrating that this continues to happen. Also, some shares occasionally show a huge gap between the share sell/buy price for no particular reason.

Very poor service so far . Gave plenty of notice yet no progress?
New User
I am a new user and seem to be getting lots of problems with what should be simple functions - hopefully I will learn the app soon!
Unintuitive app
When compared to other apps in this space it’s in the Stone Age. Could do with a complete rewrite compared to two one two very dated. Needs to based around the user experience.
Great App
Great app only thing I miss is a better watchlist performance tracker from the day I select a stock to watch. Other than that spot on.
New layout
Interactive seems to have stopped working on Safari, and Chrome, and the new layout is poor. When you click on your portfolio, it gives you the stocks you hold, but no amounts

We could do with some notifications when dividends land, interest applied etc.

In 2026 in a tech world this app and website features are a joke. On top of that the fees in ii are horrendous

I am writing this because every time I log into my account this comes up asking for my review, to be quite honest I'm absolutely sick of seeing it that's why I'm doing this...
It’s a real pain
Constant log outs for no reason whatsoever and then demanding you do stuff to enable logging back in again with no prior warning - this is hands down the most unstable and ridiculously managed investment app I’ve used.

Text message 2fa not working
I have to use the recovery code every time my phones login expires. I never receive the promised text messages.

Portfolio Performance Reporting
There is no way to show the performance of your fund versus its benchmark which is crucial if you wish to monitor whether the fund is doing its job or not, whether it’s an active or passive fund. Very poor transparency on this matter. GUI searching for funds/ETFs is also very poorly designed.

Withdrawal request system is not up to scratch!
Made a withdrawal request which was not cleared as ii flagged funds weren’t actually available at the time of the withdrawal request. I waited another few days before making a further withdrawal request via the app on my phone but the initial withdrawal request is still sitting on my account in pending. It appears there is no cancellation function for the initial withdrawal request. Every single time I make a withdrawal request the system takes in to account the initial (pending) withdrawal amount telling me I don’t have the funds available which it complete incorrect. So I’m left with my second or third pending withdrawal request and the withdrawn amount sitting on my account. This is mightily frustrating!!
