I recently switched to JP Morgan and think I made the right decision. The fees are lower and expert advice is just a phone call away. I’ve spoken to a couple of advisers who have been extremely helpful in explaining what products are available to me in my situation.
Can’t see contributions
Hate that you can see in the app contributions in a list as you make them.
Good app, some UI improvements would be good
The app overall is very good, no problems so far. One main thing i’d like to request is for a graph to appear for your account’s Net Worth. This would help us visually see how our balance has fluctuated overtime rather than having to look at all the accounts separately.
Poor UI
For such a large investment company the UI could do with a refresh, boring, stale. Also please remove the beta from the home screen. Takes up far too much room! I don’t want it, give the option to remove, or just add to ‘help’
Great app, strong performance
Really enjoying the app and improved performance since moving over from Moneybox. Easy to use and simple to withdraw when needed.
Terrible app
Cannot allocate pot, cannot finish investment allocation setup. Chat agent is useless. Not an intuitive app. Key things are hidden. Bad UI. Poor support

Confident, Straightforward Approach
Very simple and straightforward approach to buying shares, I am confident that i am in good hands and my investment will grow.
No help whatsoever
Try to ask a simple question of if I was to put an amount of money into the investment account. How much fees would I have to pay on it? Simple mathematical answer to give me straight and they wouldn’t do it. They kept on blind sighting me with other questions so I wouldn’t trust this company at all. Another company gave me a straightforward answer straight away.

Trustworthy
Similarly to other PLC banks worldwide the level and depth of the decimals is outstanding. I would recommend the services of JP Morgan Chase in an instant. Regardless.
Terrible customer service
Still waiting for login details for junior isa - over a month despite numerous calls and contacts - really gone downhill since jp morgan took over from Nutmeg. Will move all of our accounts asap!

Easy AF to use
Login process fatally flawed
You can’t actually log in to the app if your Authenticator app is on the same device - you have to enter your MFA code from your Authenticator app to complete your login, but when you switch out to the other app to get your code it cancels the login process!?! So basically unusable unless you copy the code before launching the app and complete the login before the code expires…
Best investing app
I’ve tried a few robo advisors / investing app over the years and this has been by far the best. I’ve had it since it was nutmeg and it was good then but even better now it’s been acquired by JP. Super happy with how my investments are doing and the app in general.
New to app and it’s poor…really poor
Opened a new account, took a couple of to make funds available. Doesn’t remind you, but what is worse is that it’s not very intuitive after clicking around trying to work out how to invest for 15 minutes, I have signed up for Moneybox instead. Far better app, users plain language, and really straight forward. Fees are on par. Will transfer my initial deposit out and close this down.
WARNING! This app misplaces funds and good luck getting it back
I decided to link the JP Morgan investment account I opened in Chase to the JP Morgan personal investing app and they managed to misplace my money. It’s been 2 months now and nothing. They are acting like thieves by ignoring my messages. This app is littered with bugs DO NOT USE
