Rigged as heck, Cheating dealer

So you’re telling me a dealer can get 5 blackjacks in a row?!? Single deck, fresh shuffle each hand: about 1 in 3,817,840 * 6-deck shoe approximation: about 1 in 4,140,000 * 8-deck shoe approximation: about 1 in 4,156,000 Single blackjack chance is about 4.7–4.8%, or roughly 1 in 21. This game is already deleted from my phone and all my friends know not to play. I hope whoever reads this takes the lesson from myself and so many others that have posted. It’s a cheating, fully rigged game that has ZERO bearing on the actual game of blackjack. Total garbage.

Good but stale

I love the game and the style but the leveling system feels untested and when you have 1 Billion dollars you can still only bet 1 million so there is no risk and gets boring

Unfair

I agree with what others are saying, the game is fun, but incredibly frustrating because it’s completely unfair. It definitely favors the dealer. I got up to level 23 and then gave up because it just got super annoying. Don’t waste your time.

Fun to play but….

Pointless to bet anything over $1M, or the game locations where the max bet is over $1M. I play blackjack for fun on various apps, online for money, and at casinos, but I’ve never lost at such a high percentage as I do on this app when making bets over $1M. The gameplay is pretty realistic when you play the tables where the max bet is $1M or lower, and if you play smart, you will win at normal odds… but once you start playing at either Nassau, Barcelona, or Cairo, it’s like the algorithm switches to just taking your money. It’s not even close to being realistic. It seems like 75% of the time, the dealer is dealt the better hand, or just happens to always get the exact card it needs on a hit to win the hand or get a push. The other issue I have is that the game will randomly change your bets mid hand and bet all your chips (even though going “all in” isn’t a thing in blackjack), so be careful to avoid this glitch. You can lose all your chips on a single hand like I did, and even if you email customer support, you won’t get them back. My last negative about this game (IMO and a lot of players probably don’t care), is that the amount of badges you can get for certain accomplishments is pretty limited. There’s only 20, and most of them you can get in like a day or two of playing except for the one you get for unlocking all the tables. It would be nice if you could earn more.

strategy realy need change

This is a foolish strategy: AI should be responsible for managing the lower bound of players' losses. During the game process, it should maintain a winning rate that is slightly favorable to players at all times, and intervene to bail players out when they are about to lose all their funds, instead of manipulating the outcome once players reach a specific high level of gains. To be honest, this is a game, not a casino, and I believe it is far more important to keep players entertained.

The odds are not in your favor.

Game is fun but as you advance tables the odds are stacked against you tremendously. I doubt I’d have this bad a run at an actual blackjack table. Stay in Macao don’t use the other tables past that!!!

Why rig a free game?

I’ve never seen a dealer get blackjacks (3 in a row a few times), 6-8 hit 21s quite often, or dealt 18-20 as consistently as the dealer in this game.

Balance doesn’t save

Overall a solid game. Only issue for me is your accrued balance does not save. If you close the game on £100,000.00 for example. It will open again on £30,000.00. If this is sorted then 5 star for me.

Weird odds

I can’t put my finger on it but I’m 100% certain the odds are different than at a normal casino. I play a lot in person and the app is so rigged for the dealer it’s crazy. Maybe it’s because they use less card decks than an actual casino? Either way it really detracts from the game

Its okay

Wish i can add a video of how its done but its definitely rigged, the only upside is that you do not have to pay for chips Every time the cards are dealt you mostly get dealt low cards and are either forced to stand on a low number like 13 or if you hit on 13 you just end up getting a high card and going over 21 90% of the time, and even if you get 17 or 18 the dealer could be at 13 too and will only be dealt aces,2s, or 3s until they go over your 17 or 18 its so blatantly obvious that its rigged but its still fun, wish they could do something to make it more leveled

Decks are not realistic

I enjoy this game, but it’s really irritating when you’re playing and the same card in the same suit appears multiple times. 2 Jacks of Diamonds? 2 7’s of Hearts? 4 Aces in a single hand then the next hand has Aces before the shuffle? The developer really messed this up bad. Dealer just had 3 #2 of clubs.

★★★☆☆ United States · v2024.3.1 · 2 Dec 2025

Good but bland

It’s a good black jack sim, but there’s no risk, and no fun bets. I can’t tell if it’s 6 deck, 4 deck, 2 deck. You run out of money, just get that 5k back and start over. Not saying it should be removed, but it would be cool if you could either spend the “money” you earn on new cards or a table or something, or if there were leaderboards, tournaments, or runs where you see how much you can make and how long it can last before you run out of money or something. Also, you could do side bets like 7/7/7 or 5 cards to 21 or something. As it is now, it’s fun but it gets old and boring fast

★☆☆☆☆ United States · v2024.3.1 · 12 Feb 2026

Predictable

No where close to 50% with a basic strategy. You can tell when the dealer is going on a roll. 6-9 pushes a game against 17-21s. A statistical large amount for dealer 4-6 card 20-21s. If the dealer draws an 10 against you, seems like a 70% chance of another face card to follow.

— djdtox

★★☆☆☆ United States · v2024.3.1 · 28 Apr 2025

Not random

Agree with other reviewers that this does not feel like it’s truly random draws from the deck. Trying to practice, but feel there are way too many times the dealer get the exact cards they need. Dealer almost never busts on 16, too many pushes where I have a 20 and they end up with 21 drawing 5 cards

— Astros78

★★★☆☆ United States · v2024.3.1 · 1 Oct 2025

Need to rewrite the coding or something. The amount of 19s, 20s, and 21s the dealer gets or has just one more than I do is insane. I win more in the actual casino than I do playing this game. RNG and decks

From your wwwebsite referring to your non-arcade version: “In an attempt to make the gameplay just like playing with an actual deck of cards, our app uses a mix of shuffling algorithms that employ random number generators provided by your device's operating system. This ensure that the outcome of all cards dealt are 100% random! In the game Settings, Blackjack can be configured to use 1 to 8 decks, offering billions of random card combinations.” Please confirm here that the Arcade version uses an adequate RNG engine in simulated shuffling. Is the lack of deck number control only with the unlocked casino rules in the arcade version?

Algorithm Needs help

This is a great game but can be incredibly frustrating. I played up to 1.4 million and noticed some Things before my downfall. 1. After you increase your bet be prepared to lose multiple hands before it evens back out. 2. This game will get stuck in almost a repetitive situation where it is clearly not randomized. For example- 50k bets. 9 hands in a row. Dealer gets 20 or hits to 20. 10th hand (500k loss) I hit, boom 21. Nope dealer gets a push and proceeds to win 7 more hands. I’m not good at math and I’m sure a shuffle happened there but pretty sure that many face cards or 10s is impossible. I would like to note, I changed my play style none. Basic strategy that works on every blackjack game ever.

Bare Bones

Edit: The latest update ruined what little there was to like about this game. The AI is now capable of a statistically impossible run of hands, seemingly designed to always be 1-2 above what the player is able to draw without going bust. Up to and including five back-to-back blackjacks. Appalling and vexing design. I’ve played a reasonable amount of this since release, and I’m routinely underwhelmed. The odds seem to heavily favour the croupier, as if the cards are weighted somehow. Also, the level up, round review and title unlock screens are absolutely incessant; you’ll be lucky to play 2-3 mins without at least one of them interrupting you with their inane, inconsequential pop ups. Overall it feels like the developers put in the absolute bare minimum effort to deliver a just-about-functional product devoid of any real care for the user experience. Not what you expect from the Apple Arcade.

Really disappointing to see this included with Apple Arcade. This game is formulaic and just feels cheap and rushed. There’s essentially no endgame, and you can’t even restart the game without uninstalling. The game seemingly deals cards randomly but it absolutely isn’t, there’s some kind of algorithm at work, and since you don’t know how it works, you can’t truly get better (I’m not just talking about the AI opponent, I’m talking about the cards that get distributed. Definitely not random). Comes off as a game a dev had to push out to meet a contractual obligation, not a game that deserves to be in arcade (or anywhere really). If this was for sale in the App Store, no one would buy it.
