Order Still Processing After 24 Hours – ₹150 Payment Made, No Seller Confirmation or no other move
Hello Snapmint Support Team, I placed an order through the Snapmint app more than 24 hours ago, but my order is still showing as “Processing” and I have not received any seller confirmation yet. I have also already paid ₹150 online towards the order, but there is still no proper update or result showing for my order. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but my issue is only heard briefly and the call gets disconnected without providing any solution or update. Please look into my order urgently and provide me with a clear status update. If there is any issue with the order or seller confirmation, please let me know immediately. If the order cannot be processed, please also confirm the status of my ₹150 payment and its refund. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Cancel autopay
I applied for loan and right now the status is reflecting as cancel however the autopay was setup and it’s still active, when I contacted bank they said I have to contact the lender and when I tried to contact you it’s only giving me IVR option, pathetic service, cannot speak to a real person, it’s not a user friendly app, please cancel the autopay from your end

Very bad service very poor quality App
I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled by Snapmint
I purchased an adapter through Snapmint, but the adapter did not work. I have tried contacting Snapmint multiple times through calls and messages, but I have received no proper support or resolution. The only response I keep getting is that the order has not been returned. My question is simple: If I received a defective/non-working product and have already raised the issue, why am I still being forced to pay EMIs for it? I now have a useless adapter and, on top of that, I am being asked to pay 2 EMIs for a product that does not even work. This is extremely frustrating and completely unfair from a customer’s perspective. I have made repeated attempts to contact your support team, yet nobody is actually taking responsibility for resolving the issue. I expect Snapmint to investigate this matter immediately, stop charging me for the defective product, and provide a proper resolution. Simply telling me that the order was not returned is not an acceptable response when I have already been trying repeatedly to get help. Please resolve this issue instead of giving me repeated generic responses.
