Otp sending failed
I’m extremely disappointed with ZestMoney’s service. Every time I try to log in, the app shows “OTP Sending Failed”, so I’m unable to access my account. I have also tried contacting customer support, but I’m not getting any proper response or assistance. This is very frustrating for a customer. Please fix the OTP/login issue and improve your customer support service as soon as possible.

Zero accountability and terrible customer support. I’ve been chasing ZestMoney for the last 6 years to get issues resolved, with no proper resolution. Extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

I never taken loan in large amount but they update wrong in my Cibil that I have settled the account and applied my score so this is the fraud company when we want to talk to customer support they put in IVR mode and when mail sent they also give us Auto reply it means they don’t want to give the solution to the customers instead extract money from them by way of making threatening calls from various agencies so pls stay away from those applications
