KYC process not working due to a technical issue. I’ve been trying to complete my KYC, but the process is stuck and keeps showing a technical error. The app itself says that their engineers are working on the issue, but there is no clear timeline or proper update on when it will be resolved.

Actually I am seeing bill pay option and clicking on bill pay it’s showing that server issue When will it be resolved…..
KYC not getting renewed
KYC shows completed but again shows pending after reopening the app. Spoke to their customer care, they said this is a known issue and there is no fix for now.

Why there is no scan and pay option and i cant use it on meesho and amazon like sites it shows not found or eligibility not met
Unable to pay utilities bills
I am using this app form last 6 years and form last two months unable to pay utilities bill, sent serval emails raised tickets spoke to customer care still issue no resolved, last month they are saying my profile is linked with different number. But I use app for good and groceries, request help and resolve my issue

Bad UX design
I was searching for a good offer for my phone plan, where I was searching through multiple apps like Bhim, gpay, ,airtel, and lazypay. In others apps while you do the payment you come across a conformation message or biometrics or payment screen before you make the purchase but in lazypay as I was just wanted to check some offers I clicked on payment as I assumed like any other app it would show you some confirmation but lazypay directly made the transaction.

My issue is not after reporting 11 days ago
am writing to report a persistent error on the LazyPay app. When I try to access the BillPay section, I receive a pop-up message stating: "There was a problem with our servers. Please try again later."
Repayment
So my emi is 3099 but showing that I have to pay 6189 but why??? I have been trying from so many days but why would I pay double amount when my emi is 3099rs only
