- Batch downloading is painfully slow

Download
I can’t download on the app , „zero kb“
Bad
Another bad Sony transfer app. The same as Play Memories , when will someone come up with a simple smooth and logical way to do this ??
Works great but why only 30 at a time
I feel like it should figure out how to buffer them so that I can just select a couple hundred pics of the day and then ill wait until they finish sending. I hate selecting 30 sending them over only to load 30 more.
Doesn’t work
It’s a joke. Absolutely pointless.
Simply does not work
What more is there to a review when the app just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to? Doesn’t connect, or pretends it does but doesn’t do anything? No idea, hit garbage
awful app
camera has continuously not uploaded images and upgraded to pro and the problem is still not fixed
App gekauft - Fehler?
Absolutely useless on iPad
What is wrong with Sony? Why can’t they design a simple app to transfer photos? You have to wonder about their marketing department!
Ok app
Download speed and quality is pretty good, annoyingly tend to have to close and restart the app a few times in order to download successfully
No photos
Connects to Sony hx50v. But no photos show up on iPad.
raw files
pls enable the function to download the raw files..
Utterly useless
Shame on first the earlier app and now this one. Can’t you guys hire a good app development company and sort out your issues. Look at the Imaging Edge Mobile Software reviews. Shame
1MB RAW?
Dreadful
Simply doesn’t work - embarrassing for such a large and well-regarded camera company.
Don’t buy
Totally don’t works and crashes all the time. Not worth anything. Would I even had had the possibility of trying it out, I wouldn’t be mad, but I spend 9€ for nothing. Deleted instantly.
Counter intuitive
Absolutely unusable app, makes no sense
Pretty Poor For What You Get
I went ahead and bought the pro version of the app. What an utter disappoint. Connection frequently drops, pictures do not load and when they do, transferring to my phone never completes. Batch downloads? Forget it. You’ll be waiting for over an hour to download twenty 5.7mb photos and that’s if your connection doesn’t drop. I’m only giving it an additional star because when it works it’s actually decent. It just doesn’t work often enough. I use the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the flagship iPhone. Therefore it’s not my phone or even my camera just this woefully inadequate app.
Shameless cash grab
Used to be able to transfer photos for free. Indeed it was an advertised feature of the camera. Now it’s £8 all of a sudden. Bleurgh.
