Too many glitches
I upgraded to pro and I’m really disappointed. Firstly the mobile app and desktop version were not syncing, so I had to contact support. Then my documents weren’t reaching the app. I thought the pro feature would pull information from my documents and add to itinerary, but it doesn’t, so you still have to manually add. It doesn’t add overnight flights correctly! When adding a flight leaving on day 1 at 11am, but arrives on day 2 at 7:40 it pulls the day 2 date in as the departure day and makes this a travel day! I can’t manually amend the date either! It’s very frustrating. I also don’t like all the advertising with booking.com, get your guide and viator. So many things I don’t like and disappointed I’ve wasted my money.
Needs offline feature
Would be good to be able to save information offline so some parts of the app can be accessed without internet

Almost great
Concept behind the app is brilliant, however everything takes forever to load, some destinations don’t get added. Took me 30 minutes to add 5 destinations. It’s almost great, just need the bugs fixed
Alternative better options
Downloaded and instantly unimpressed that you have to pay monthly fee to allow email ticketing for flights and hotels. TripIt does it all. Can’t edit plans like dates and forced to use various OTA sites… time wasting when an easier option available and free. So disappointed
I love this app, but it is abit glitchy
I have used Stippl for the last 7months to plan my trip and now to journal and track locations etc throughout, this app has soo much potential it is great but there a few glitches that need fixing. 1. The notifications from the app don’t track with your current location so when I’ve stayed longer in places compared to originally planned but the notifications don’t accept that so you get pinged saying to update on what “Singapore” is like but you haven’t been yet. 2. This one is actually the most frustrating is when your trying to upload a journal it does take forever to actually upload and sync to be able to post, I’m not sure why as it should work the same as posting on any other app which is instant but I often have to wait for 30 mins for anything to upload.
Pants
Lots of glitches, hard to get to the pages you’d like as other ones pop up on top that you can’t close. Got annoyed too many times so I deleted the app.
Great app overall, a few fixes needed though.
I truly love this app and tell my friends and family about it. I have used it for my current south east asia backpacking trip and will continue to do so, i really rely on it to be honest! However there are a few bugs or maybe im just misuing it? The most annoying one is that notifications come through from this app to tell me i have already visited a place and to let my followers know how it was.. except this place is on my list for a future visit for a few weeks/days time… so the app thinks i have been somewhere that is just simply upcoming on my list. Also there could be an easier way to do this but when you have a long list of over 15 places on one trip and adding a new place takes you all the way to the bottom of the list then you have to very slowly drag (drag - stop - scroll up - drag) it to where it needs to be, and the process of doing this has a tendency to cause lags.

Buggy app
I like the app and it’s a great idea. For the most part it has everything I was looking for in terms of features. Great way to track and make an itinerary especially for big trips. However my issue is that the app is really buggy. Sometimes buttons just don’t work. Sometimes it doesn’t load and I have to force close and reopen the app. Sometimes it simply crashes and closes itself. It’s pretty frustrating for an app that is otherwise great. I’m looking for alternatives because the app similar doesn’t work

I’ve used this to plan my south east Asia trip and it’s been so helpful on keeping track of where I’m meant to be going and what I’ve already done this app is definitely a essential when it comes to travelling the world
Non stop spam and no way to stop it

Only thing is that it can be quite slow which is annoying, it also is hard to add dates and places in the middle of the plan otherwise it it brilliant

Even if you unselect emails, you still receive emails, very annoying.

Good app but glitchy. Constantly not allowing you to add photos so you have to delete and redownload app. Has also capped number of photos to be posted to 25

Good overall
App lets you add days and attractions well. Can be a little fiddly at first but once you know what you are doing, fairly easy to use. One issue I have found is when you try to add transport from one location to another the app crashes.

Seems like the app has great potential but far too buggy, completely crashing and closing the app with some features. Had to delete it.
Great premise, just buggy and slow!
App has everything you need, really useful and has replaced my spreadsheets but it’s sooo laggy and buggy that I end up going back to notes for lists/spreadsheets. There’s lots of delays with saving things/things don’t save properly. Has lots of potential though and will continue to use it alongside other things.

Absolutely brilliant app, so easy to plan complex trips. I tell everybody I meet travelling to get this app.
Most unstable app I’ve ever used
The app is a great idea but that’s where anything positive ends. The app is totally unstable - I’ve never used an app that is so bad for the following reasons: 1. The app fails to open most times. 2. When the app does open it can randomly crash and shut down at any time. 3. Unable to view pictures small or on full screen, the odd time it does open it soon crashes. This is a real shame as the app could be very good. Such a pity.
iPad usage
This app is amazing but would be more ideal if the next update was more based around using it on an IPad/ Mac book :))
Incredible idea, poor execution
I have been travelling for 3 months now so feel I have used this app enough to comment. Love the idea of the app and everything that you can do with it buy it is so laggy that it actually makes me want to scream sometimes. Half the buttons wont work and its just freezes any time i try do anything. So annoying as its truly such a brilliant idea. Please fix the bugs!
Love this App
It’s great as I’m going to Thailand and the stuff I need to plan is giving me a headache lol. I told AI what I wanted and it planned it for me. All I had to do was adjust. Only thing I’ve noticed is it would be good to be able to add more transfers. Added my boat from one place to the other but also needed a taxi aswell so be nice to be able to add more then one transfer and have all under one roof. Maybe you can please let me know if possible. Love that you can take pics at each stop also and make a reel of your trip x
Pictures are better than words
I love this app. It is perfect for a multi-destination holiday and lets you and others see where you are going and where you are. It allows you to add photos and to find out interesting places to see and do at each destination.
I don’t see the point
Doesn’t seem finished, the UI is good and is a good concept but tried to plan 2 trips and half of the data didn’t show and made things difficult.
So close to travel app perfection
Such a great app, Stippls helped me so much with my four months of travelling! However the UI glitches a lot and a new update is pushed almost daily which gets annoying and I rarely see any differences or improvements from a customer perspective. Stippl is so close to being the perfect travel app and regardless of the above I would recommend to anyone travelling!
So much potential but completely let down by bugs
I believe this app has so much potential, I have been using it for my travels around the world for the last 3 months. However I spend 50% of my time wanting to throw my phone out of the window. The features are amazing, tracking hotels, budgets and routes. But most of the time the buttons just don’t work and it’s too buggy to use, please can this just be fixed

Edits on settled expenses would be great!
I love the app and use it religiously - however, it can be easy to miscategorise things (e.g location / expense type) which don’t affect the price you paid, just the analytics. So for settled expenses it would be great if you could edit these things so small mistakes don’t mess up the analytics

Epic App, just a a bit buggy sometimes
I love the idea for this app and looks great too, that scratch map is an awesome addition aswell. Just the UI can be a bit glitchy sometimes but otherwise amazing.
Only good for popular tourist places
The map feature severely lacks places that are off the beaten track. It by no means has every city, town or place in the world available to add - it’s clearly not linked to google maps or any large database which restricts its functionality a lot. If you’re looking to plan a trip going to popular places like Phuket, El Nido, Ubud or Hoi An, then you’ll be fine. But as soon as you want to add some place off the tourist trail then you’re screwed and it messes with your whole itinerary. For me I can’t use it as it lacks so many places I want to go to.

App has so much potential
The app has so much potential but it constantly shuts down and rewrites actions. Just opening the trip plan to view the itinerary lasts 20 seconds before the app closes itself. Once you finally manage to get it stable and add a location or add some photos, it once again shuts down. All the potential it holds is let down by its completely lack of functionality
Good but?
Hi. I just used it for one trip and it was very good. Now I am planning another trip and can't see a way to add a cruise and sea days. Also flight times don't seem to work when crossing the date line. So far a great app and with development will be my go to. Keep up the good work.
Great App Bad Performance
The app is amazing! Fantastic features and easy to use UI the one problem is the performance is abysmal. Considering I’m on an IPhone 16pro with 600mbps internet I don’t understand why it is SO SLOW like im waiting a good min to get from one screen to another or on some trips with multiple cities I’ll add an extra stop and it will delete itself then come back again after adding a city afterwards?!??!!?? But as I say great app just needs some optimising

The app seems like it is easy to use , I have planned a trip on it so we shall see how it copes with uploading photos , however i accidentally added some Places on my profile and now cannot delete them - is there a way to do so ?

Awful!
This is such a awful and badly run app! Absolute waste of time it gets stuck on the page and doesn’t respond and I’ve tried 10x and it still does the same thing! So disappointing
Great but room for improvement
Love the app and how simple it is to use but it tends to lag. Would also be great to be able to divide time in certain locations into how many full days and nights and also add travel days between.
Needs better booking integration
With the pro version you can email your bookings and it gets pulled into the app (which is the main feature I wanted to pay for) however it doesn’t pull the information in your email booking confirmations and add them to your trip itinerary as I was expecting (unlike other apps such as Tripit) but it just saves them as a PDF document in the documents section (completely useless in my view) and then you still need to individually add each item to your trip which is way too time consuming when you have a big trip. Complete waste of money in my view and definitely geared to just get you to book items through their app so they can get commission as it’s not an easy app to use to add stuff you have already booked.
Great app
Really good app so far, only had it for about an hour!! The layout and uses are fantastic, Ui is also great. Only issue I had was when adding multiple activities it was mould freeze the app and it then became quite slow!
