Paid for top up didn’t clear and was given zero help
Bad customer service
Although the app works well customer service is rubbish. I have purchased a bundle every month this year and to date despite numerous calls to customer service I have still not received 800 clubcard points relating to bundles purchased earlier in the year. I keep getting told I would be contacted within a few days but no call comes back. I met the terms and conditions every month to qualify for the points but did not receive them. I have basically given up hope of getting those points now.
Doesn't work as it should
First of all it cannot create an eSIM. Entering the correct security answer it doesn't do anything. Secondly, talking to customer care, seems like the app is missing features or those were taken out and the customer care is not aware of this. For example address details. While cc says there are in the app, the so doesn't have anything like this. The version I'm using is 8.0.0 for iOS.

I recently moved house and although the Data coverage is good the phone signal is really poor and I don't have a landline

Has anyone else noticed this app might have been hijacked very recently? Asking because I changed my bundle pack to a new pack a month ago so that I could afford it at my current price, which was my choice to change the date to when I can purchase the bundle, but the thing is I started receiving messages telling me to top up due to insufficient funds and data! This has never happened before, so I’m suspecting a hijacker or hacker is involved who might be responsible for this issue! I used to get on really well with this app but now it’s not working properly the way it should because I still have my top up on my app in the TopUp section! Can the developers please help or advise on how this problem has happened?

Change conditions without notice
Terrible!! Tesco Mobile changed my terms and conditions without notifying me with the result that I was unable to make a call to Crete but was kept being send to accounts who informed me that my account was in order. I was informed that it was my fault because I should have known to check the website - wouldn’t it have been nice for Tesco Mobile to have messaged me by text or email to inform me rather than to leave me uninformed and frustrated. NOT GOOD Customer support
