Have to guess how much I owe on my card since it does not tell me. Useless app
Disputes in app for 5 star
Good app but I would like to be able to manage disputes better without switching to my laptop and browser
Security feature
The Face ID seems to be not working as well? Frustrating to use as it continues to ask for my password first.
Amex Platinun
I don’t think that there are any benefits that Amex Platinum offers other than Travell.
Excellent
No.1
No face recognition
Sometimes it doesn’t recognise face and ask for password and I can forget so it is not good
Can’t login with my Face ID
I changed a new device, then I couldn’t logging with my Face ID, the old one Face ID still works, but new one doesn’t. I try to update my Face ID for couple times,it always says you cannot updated your Face ID login settings during this session. Can you guys fixed it?
excellent customer service
My sole remark regarding American Express is their exceptional customer service. This is the reason for customer loyalty.
Unexplained charges
The statement feature is no good and I got charged
What happened to the live chat feature on the app?
I used to be able to chat live on the app with support agents this was one of the most essential reasons why I loved this app. It seems to no longer be available.

Good stuff Amex
Overall great app!
His card is a letdown when flying with partners in the US.
This card is an absolute letdown when you’re flying with AIR CANADA affiliated airlines in America. It gets you zero lounge access. Zero so you spend all this money thinking you’re gonna get into affiliated airlines lounges and then when you have a very long layover. You find out you get absolutely nothing.
Best card ever
I would go back to visa or Mastercard This is a way better in every way
Tellement convivial
